Wonderful view, comfortable house, perfect location, older style, cheerful, spacious, well equipped home perfect for that relaxed family beach holiday.

Carolynne Street has a great location in a quiet, elevated area with wonderful views but still just a 3 minute walk to town and a very short drive to all of Merimbula's beautiful beaches.

The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs (3 queens) a separate toilet, large bathroom with a bath and shower, a large updated kitchen with new fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sandwich press and Nespresso machine, a dining room with a table setting for up to 8 people, a large lounge room with a Smart TV, DVD and 3 sofas and a north facing deck with a hooded Weber gas BBQ and an outdoor setting for 6.

Downstairs is a large room with 3 beds (1 Queen, 1 King single and 1 single), a desk and another TV. There is also a laundry area with a second toilet and basin, a second shower, a new washing machine, a dryer and a freezer. The downstairs back door leads out to a fenced, grassy area with a native garden and a little herb garden to the side.

The house sleeps 8 people so can comfortably accommodate 2 families and it is fully equipped to cater for this number of people. The house is now connected to the NBN and there is free unlimited Wi-Fi. We try to leave the cupboards full of 'the basics' for cooking, cleaning and washing. There are also plenty of books, DVDs and games.

Please note that in spite of the fact the house is equipped with a cot, high chair and stair barrier we cannot guarantee that the house is baby or toddler proof.

The house offers single carport accommodation and there is room on the street in front of the house to leave a boat.

Check in time is 10am and check out time is 3pm. Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made. 
 
Please note for Christmas/New Year bookings, first preference is given to the current guests. We will take new bookings from mid February.
