Modern, stylish and the perfect location for your next coastal getaway.
Our 3-bedroom apartment is sun-filled all year round, features high ceilings and large windows creating a coastal feel no matter what time of the year.
Located on Fishpen in Merimbula and just a short walk to everywhere you want to be.
On the ground floor you will be welcomed with a spacious entry, the entrance then leads through to the laundry, third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and the second bathroom with a walk in shower. Perfect after a morning surf or run around the lake. Head upstairs to find the opened plan living area including a fully equipped modern kitchen, this area flows out onto a covered balcony with views to the lake, a BBQ and seating area.
The main bedroom, boasts a king sized bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and plenty of storage space in the built in robes. The third bedroom has a set of single bunks creating a great space for the kids.
Also on the first floor there is the second bathroom including a large spa bath to enjoy after a long day out and about exploring what our beautiful South Coast has to offer.

Amazing

We come to Merimbula every year and have stayed in a variety of different apartments, this is one of the best places we have ever stayed! The location was perfect, the property is beautiful, very generous in size and had everything we possibly needed. Communication with the property manager was simple and she responded immediately every time we had a question. We highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful accommodation

Lisa’s accommodation is just perfect. We travel a lot and this has been one of the best we stayed in. It was clean, in the perfect location, great amenities, super clean, basic things you need to get started. And super homely. We loved the terrace, so calm to sit there and watch the water and birds. We travel once a year to Merimbula and hopefully we will be back here. The communication was great, check in and out was super easy. And Merimbula is a fantastic spot for someone who loves nature and water, you have it all. Thank you Lisa, Beach Heaven didn’t disappoint.

Incredible accommodation in a fantastic location!

Beautiful apartment with exceptional details. All appliances were fantastic. Even simple things like good quality cups, mugs, tableware and cutlery were noticed and completley appreciated. Wonderful location! Everything was perfect for our home away from home for a week! Couldn't fault a thing :) we can't wait to go back!

Best location, very quiet. Short walk to the beach and into town. Very comfortable king size bed. Nice and clean with plenty of modern appliances. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again .

Best spot on the Fishpen

So impressed with this lovely house,Beach Haven had everything to make your holiday special.Could not recommend this property enough.When booking I thought the house photos may have been photoshopped but what you see is what you get.Lovely bedrooms especially the master with huge kingsize bed,fans in every room,2 smart tv's,great wifi,all modern appliances,extremely comfortable and you just felt at home.Lisa was a wonderful host and our only query was fixed immediately.Thank you for a fantastic stay. The Fishpen is the best address in Merimbula with the beach so close,cafe ,walk to town and beautiful lakeside walk.
