i loved my stay it was so close to the lake and all the roads where flat to walk along. A fifteen minute walk to have dinner if you wanted to have a drink . Having your own parking spot was great . i was a little disappointed there was no ceiling fans in the bedrooms or no bin in the bathroom or dustpan to sweep up had to vacuum.

Winter Break

Pelican Waters was comfortable, clean, warm and within an easy walk of the main shopping/dining area and beach was at end of street. Unit was right under flight path but there were so few flights this was no issue. Enjoyed stay and visit to Merimbula.

Love these Units because of the perfect views and location. Only negative we had was Bed Rooms need better block out curtains because too much light came in of the night time while trying to sleep. Because there is no air conditioning, there should be at lease some ceiling fans over beds and in lounge area to circulate air. Apart from those two negatives, would highly recommend Unit 1 Pelican Waters.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it.

The position is excellent. Across the road from water and walkway. Close to beach. Situated in a quiet part of town. Unit had everything we needed Beds were comfortable. Linen was good quality. Clean and comfortable
