Holidays are delightful never forgotten celebrations in this unique setting! The lodge is the perfect venue to bring friends and family together.
The master and additional upstairs bedroom both open into the upstairs bath area. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, and the other upstairs bedroom contains two twin size beds. The downstairs bedroom has a full-size bed. There is a day bed in the upstairs loft as well. Children love staying in the loft area with sleeping bags. There also is a new sectional as well. All Mattresses and box springs have been replaced with deluxe products from Just Right Mattress of Grand Junction, Colorado!
My siblings and I had a great stay at the lodge. Lots of wildlife and beautiful gardens. A short drive to some of the most spectacular views on the Grand Mesa and under an hour to Palisade and Grand Junction. The interior of the space was comfortable and spacious for five adults, with a well-equipped kitchen. Itâs clear David and Deese take great care to keep the property clean and in good repair. Glad we gave it a chance!
My husband and I take my mother on a road trip every year. This year she turned 96 so wasn't up for a super long trip. We decided on the Palisade area to visit Grand Mesa, Colorado National Monument and the Peach Festival. This lodge was the perfect home base. The downstairs bedroom and bath were perfect for her and we had our own room and bathroom upstairs. We loved watching the wildlife while having breakfast in the morning and sitting in the gazebo at the end of the day. We had difficulty with cell & wifi service, too. It was a bit of an inconvenience but we managed. All in all, it was a great trip!
My family stayed at this house and it was awesome. It is in a convienient location to fishing, which was our main reason for coming. The house was clean and had awesome outdoor areas to hang out in. We loved the little river that flows through the property! We would have loved some closable and/or blackout blinds in the bedrooms so we could sleep in longer in the mornings. The lack of wifi and even cellular for most of the trip was a nice way to enjoy the nature and disconnect from the world, but a tad frustrating when needing to look up things for the trip. One other minor thing is we wanted to use the basketball hoop, but the greenery has taken over under the hoop. Overall, we loved the house and would recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a great place to stay.
We really enjoyed our stay very much in your beautiful home and grounds! There was plenty of room for all 6 of us and accomodations were excellent! The grounds were awesome as well. We ventured out several times to walk along your property...enjoying the stately trees, gorgeous flowers, and rushing stream. You have an oasis that is second to none...
