During my time at Amberes 64, I truly enjoyed my time there. The staff were very helpful and friendly and all were able to speak in both Spanish and English. My room was very spacious and I appreciated that every day, we were given two bottles of water, as well as two additional Nespresso pugs. I stayed at Amberes 64 for a little over a week and the location is perfect, as there are many restaurants within walking distance, as well as a very affordable mini grocery store called BBB next door. During my stay, I did have an issue with the room and I want to give credit to the hotel manager Manuela Franco for being so accommodating and providing a very reasonable way solution to the problem that made both of us happy. It's always an additional bonus when the hotel management is willing to listen to the guests and work with them. Thank you, Manuela, for making my time at Amberes 64 even more memorable. I would highly recommend staying at Amberes 64 both for their customer service, spaciousness of the rooms, as well as their location. My room was located at the back of the hotel and I did not hear any of the noise from the streets below.
