The Space:

Discover an outstanding condo situated in the prime location of the La Roma neighborhood in the heart of the city, offering easy access to all the fascinating attractions of CDMX while providing a private terrace with breathtaking city views for ultimate relaxation. With 100 m2 of living space and an additional 100 m2 terrace, this apartment boasts 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The beautiful communal terraces present an excellent opportunity for capturing memorable photos.



Safety and security are ensured with 24/7 building surveillance, and it's worth mentioning that La Roma has undergone a transformation in recent years, attracting a young and creative crowd, which has contributed to its dynamic and cosmopolitan atmosphere. Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

It’s part of the CuauhtĂ©moc borough and is known for its bohemian atmosphere, tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. La Roma has a rich history, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was developed as an upscale residential area for the city's elite. Getting Around:

The property is approximately 10.7 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).

Some options for transportation are:

- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.

- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.

- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

Dangerous - do not stay - gas leaks from water heater

Do not stay at this property - we literally had carbon monoxide detectors go off, and found that the water heater was leaking gas into the apartment. We took pictures, videos. The venting hood of the water heater, which is INSIDE the apartment, had a bunch of holes in it, wasn't sealed in any way, just foil not covering the actual vent, and gas was pouring into the unit. When the tech arrived, they said the windows have to be open all the time, he put a new vent on, but the alarms went off as soon as he left because the unit is INSIDE the apartment and when two showers are working, it simply cannot vent appropriately - we took turns taking showers, had all windows opened, one shower still didn't work. We were able to make it with everything open, all fans running, and limiting hot shower use, because it was over New Years everything was booked and we had not choice but to stay. A whole bunch of stuff is also just broken in the apartment, which they came to AFTER we pointed it out, with some stuff still being broken, peeled paint, etc. but that's not even the issue compared to putting your family at risk. When we told them - they said everything was fixed. We took a video of alarms going off again the night before our stay because we had windows closed during the day due to heat. This unit should be banned from VRBO - your and your kids life is not worth playing with. We will be submitting a formal complaint to VRBO and credit cards, etc.
