It's a really nice upscale property very conveniently close to the airport. Wonderful Concierges. And the free shuttle to the airport was very convenient, I had two issues though. I wanted to swim in the pool, but the pool guy told me it was closed, and when I insisted it was supposed to be open until 9pm, he begrudgingly let me in and lo and behold there were 2 people swimming there already...his friends possibly??? Also, I had stomach upset and asked at the Int'l Restaurant front desk if I could just get one enchilada, rice and a glass of wine. The restaurant manager said "No Problem", but then after confusion with the waiter bringing me a whole order of enchiladas and I refused them, he said I would have to pay for them anyway. I told him I had prechecked with the Manager. They ended up charging me 520 pesos ($26 U.S.Dollars) for one enchilada, rice and a glass of wine!! What a ripoff! Nice place in general, but their employees need some retraining. And their Office Center is never open. Wonderful Concierges though!

The people who work here are so very nice and helpful. Everyone i encountered was great. Food in the restaurant wasn’t good. The room was clean and cold. You can’t beat the location, directly across from the airport.
