Es limpio pero muy deteriorado el baño Las camas cómodas pero una se movía bastante no era fija La recepcionista fue muy amable y cortés y me ayudó para entender un poco más sobre las funciones del hotel Viajo con mi hija con discapacidad y Brenda Murillo se tomó el tiempo necesario para guiarme al ascensor más cercano a mi habitación Gracias por tener trabajadores como ella 💕

El servicio fue excelente y la ubicación también pues yo tenía un vuelo de madrugada. Las instalaciones aunque limpias, me parecieron algo viejas, una renovación no le caería mal, pues Camino Real es una empresa de prestigio en México. Al personal, le doy un 100% Gracias :)
