I had a wonderful stay in room 102. This room has an outdoor seating area with a small fountain. The room is more like a well sized apartment with its own living room, small kitchen, and gigantic bathroom with a tub and shower. I would definitely recommend Casa Cleo to friends and family and hope to be back again! Thank you also to Diego for all the wonderful restaurant recommendations.

Perfect for an extended stay, the complimentary features (laundry detergent, water, baked goods on the terrace) make it feel like a luxury home away from home. This adorable and chic boutique surpassed all expectations. Extremely beautiful and clean and amazing location in Condesa. The staff are extremely kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious and had all the things you would need and more. It’s my new must stay for Mexico City.

I could not have been happier with my week-long stay at Casa Cleo. It hit all the high notes in nearly every way possible: – It's a converted mansion in the Condesa neighborhood –- a beautiful, verdant, safe, and well located part of the city with lots of good restaurants nearby. – My room (suite, actually) was spacious, modern, immaculate, and well appointed with a full kitchen, a nice sofa and seating area, a huge bathroom including two large sinks, a shower AND a tub, which was huge (and deep!) and provided restful respite after days of exploring wonderful Mexico City. Importantly, the beds were extremely comfortable. – Adjustable heat / AC! – But in my opinion, the thing that sets Casa Cleo apart was the most amazing staff. They were all helpful and welcoming at every turn. Diego especially, was so nice and took the time to give us his personal restaurant recommendations and activity suggestions. Everything he suggested was a huge hit, and he really elevated our experience. Casa Cleo is lucky to have him. We didn't see Daniel as much, but he was great, too. – Considering how nice Casa Cleo is, it was a terrific bargain. – Given all the positives, the one area in which I thought the hotel could do better was breakfast. They do have a complementary breakfast, but it's quite minimal. There is coffee and tea, a fresh berry cup with yogurt or granola, and some type of small sweet roll. I'd stay there again in a minute. Thank you, Casa Cleo. Highly recommended!

Siempre buen servicio y habitaciones cómodas. Nos hemos quedado en casi todas y los estudios son grandes con cocineta y Refri, tina, årea de TV y aa con nest. Siempre buena opción por comodidad y cercanía y siempre muy atentos a cualquier petición. Casa Cleo has amazing design detail and is meticulously maintained. The stall is super helpful and courteous. All that and an amazing location in the heart of the trendy Condesa neighborhood. It is safe to walk about at any hour and I believe there are 100 cafes and restaurants within a kilometer. Unless you are scared of sharp looking couples walking French Bulldogs or hipsters, you will love this area. Stop looking and book here! -Kenny G

Excellent experience at this hotel. We stayed in the room on the bottom floor which had its own private, oversized patio with water fountain. Room was spotless. Service was perfect. Beautiful hotel with all the necessary modern amenities. Only missing aspect would be a more comprehensive gym. There were weights, kettle bells, and yoga mats, but no treadmills or machines. But they allow you to use the gym at their nearby sister properties for no additional charge which do have treadmills. I give the hotel 5 stars!

Beautiful room with kitchen and huge bathroom. Very comfortable for me and my adult daughter who slept on the couch-bed. The staff was very helpful with tips for local fare. Neighborhood was ideal to get to all the charming places in Condessa. I would stay here again for sure!
