Walls are paper thin and you can hear the conversations of the guests next door and all of the street noise. Their customer service is nonexistent you have to go back and forth on text via WhatsUp. Won’t recommend or stay here again

Great clean room with balcony, fridge & microwave, comfortable bed; modern building, great location with restaurants and a Walmart within a 2-3 min walk.. very helpful and nice people to make the guest experience a breeze. For those going to the Venezuelan embassy, it’s just an 8 min walk.

we enjoyed our stay. the staff were always friendly and helpful. the view from the tiny balcony was nice. we stayed in the 2-bedroom unit. it would be nice if the bedrooms had a tv. at least the master bedroom should have one, instead of a big, blank wall... one annoyance was that there is no outlet near the dining table or near the sofa, and the super tiny trash can under the sink is silly. still, we would definitely stay there again

the room was spacious and the entire apartment was clean. great location, safe to walk around. The gym was fully equipped. They have a laundry area and the views were great from the balcony. Great restaurants close by. The Chapultepec Forest is near by and was a great place to run and see all the attractions, statues, and monuments inside.

I stayed there in May last year and I liked it. I stayed again in December and service declined terribly. Getting an extra towel seems like the most complex thing in the world and took the property 24hrs to help. One of our rooms had very dirty baths with hair leftover. It smelled like drainage and overall, support team only helps via WhatsApp. There is no one at the property to help. At night there is inly a guard that cant even help to get the bare needs. Not staying there again, despite the good location and price

The Kukun apartment/hotels continue to impress! These are great alternatives to traditional hotels and they are have many locations throughout this wonderful city. The Kukun Inspire Polanco is located in the Polanco colonia and is very close to many wonderful shopping venues and great restaurants, all within walking distance. The hotel itself was very comfortable, clean, modern and safe. It had all the amenities one would need for a short or maybe a slightly extended stay. We had a wonderful visit and look forward to visiting again.

The room was very comfortable for our stay. The front desk staff was always friendly and courteous. Enjoyed having two balcony spaces to let in fresh air and the TV with streaming apps. The location was also great, in a safe and quiet neighborhood near many restaurant in walking distance.
