Guest Access:
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. You will have access to all the amenities: pool, gym, gardens, children's area. jacuzzi, steam room, paddle tennis court, beauty salon, business center, among others.

If you want a travel cot for a baby or a high chair, let us know a week before your arrival so that we can provide it to you, also in case you have an additional requirement, let us know to find the best option for you and your companions

The Neighborhood:
Beautiful, exclusive and secure. Probably the best part to get to know the pretty views and the joy of living in Mexico City. I personally believe that this area of ​​New Polanco is the most beautiful because it has more parks. It’s full of restaurants, shops, galleries, cafes, bars, etc. At few blocks of distance you'll find the Sumaya Museum, ideal for walking, and on the other side is Polanco where shops of the major brands are.

Getting Around:
It is an easy area to walk. For longer distances use Uber, Didi, Best or InDriver, they are very safe and cheap.

If you want to experience the metro, you will find the Río San Joaquín station in 10-minute walking.

Other Things to Note:
The property is located in a modern building designed for families and people looking for everything in one place. Nuevo Polanco is home to the Soumaya Museum and Plaza Carso, incredible access and great amenities await for you in this apartment. For long stays it is your best option
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.

*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).

*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.

We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Interaction with Guests:
We love Mexico and we want you to fall in love too. Check in and check out are automatic, so we will share the instructions with you before your arrival.

You will also receive recommendations for places to visit during your stay in Mexico and we will be attentive to any requirement through the platform or text message.

Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.

Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.

The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
