The hotel is hard to access as it is attached to a shopping centre. We did not have a car so did not enter the parkade below so had to access through the shopping centre. Also the free bottle of wine that we were supposed to get never was delivered even after a visit to the front desk to confirm.

The airport shuttle in terminal 2 was easy to find. It is ao convenient to have a shuttle when staying in this huge city. Hotel is clean and safe. Would stay here again.
