Better than the pictures, very clean and nice. Great location. Great taco stands outside the hotel. Would stay again or recommend! 24/7 front desk and felt safe and quiet.

The room was clean and looked like the photos. However it was cold and loud. You can literally hear every single noise in the whole building. They leave the front door open early in the morning and you can hear dogs from outside barking. You can hear everyone slamming their doors at night even their sinks and toilets flushing. I would not stay here again.

Very clean rooms. Decent size. Parking was attached to the hotel and about 60 pesos a night. Location was great. Five minute walk to the subway. Short walk to a bunch of cafes and restaurants. Solid taco stand basically next door. Good for solo travelers.

The room was very clean. Thank you Marabella! The bed and TV and fan and lights were all in good, working order. The sink and shower were great. My toilet did have some issues with the flusher so I had to take off the tank to fix it a lot. It honestly wasn’t a big deal. The space was much quieter than the comments led me to believe, but I am also used to staying in very small and loud New York City hotels. This is great hotel for the value! I would stay here again. Just know that if you have to cancel early (I had to leave 2 nights early), they will not refund you. But for the price, it could be worse.

The presentation of this hotel is great. Clean & safe. The only issue I had was with the noise levels when in my room. It wasn’t even really the street noise that was the issue, but noise from other patrons going up & down the stairs, closing room doors & moving around in their room. There is next to no soundproofing & the stairwell is in the middle & creates an echo that reverberates. Bring good earplugs if you want a good sleep. I believe the staff are aware it’s a noisy place & I know there’s not much that can be done about the building construction, I’m just letting people know as I was a bit underprepared for the level of noise. The room itself though was very well presented, very clean & the staff were very attentive with cleaning the room each day. The location is about 15-20 min walk to the main areas of Roma Norte & Condesa. The area is safe & I never had an issues. El Ray del Taco is right on the corner & these guys are awesome. Super delicious food & very accommodating for a foreigner like me who speaks next to no English.

Amazing/affordable place to stay if you are staying for a couple days up to a week. We are planning to stay for a couple of months, so we need access to a kitchen etc or we would’ve stay longer. If you don’t need those accommodation, I highly recommend. Also, I can’t say enough about the staff, they were very kind and friendly.

Les falla mucho la atención al cliente, cuando llegamos al check in la chica de la recepción no encontraba mis reservaciones, perdimos aproximadamente una hora para q nos dieran la habitación por no revisar bien , te piden identificación para poder darte plancha o secadora, pedi cobijas extras dos días seguidos y nunca me las llevaron , fueron unos amigos al hotel a despedirnos y literal fue el seguridad a tocar la puerta de la habitación y correrlos , el hotel esta lindo y limpio, en buena zona pero el servicio lo arruina

Our stay was lovely, the staff was very kind and helpful and it’s such a perfectly walkable location. The only struggle we had was that we didn’t have a fridge, but that’s no slight on the hotel as we knew that would be the case going into it. Highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a no-frill Hotel, good for a few nights. Room is small, no place to hang things in the bathroom. Again, basic but clean. Good to move around.
