The Centro District where Hotel Ritz is located was perfect. The staff, room and price was perfect for one week. Would defintely recommend Hotel Ritz as an economical place to stay.

I booked ten rooms for our Mexican Cultural Education and Religious Pilgrimage. The Staff were so helpful. The location is great since everything is within reach of the hotel. Breakfast options are superb. Bell boys were helpful, especially to the older clients and those who needed assistance in transporting their luggage to the vehicle. This was not my first time using Hotel Ritz since I booked several trips with them. I keep on returning for a positive experience.

The hotel is in an excellent location for seeing the sights. While it is in a busy area, it was pretty quiet at night. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, sometimes with some odd selections, but still very good and went until super late if you wanted a little later start in the morning. The room was ok. Everything was clean. My only complaint was the bathroom door. It was frosted glass and didn't really close. It also let all the light in from the bathroom window. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it!

Location is great. I didn't like the fact that outside the hotel there is people playing instrumental music all day long until 10pm this can be annoying.

Not worth the price
This place requires some upgrades. The elevator buttons are broken and I saw some cracks on the bathroom floor. The wifi is not workable, I had a very hard time working in this hotel. My phone could barely load google. Staff are generally nice but I found some of them to be kind of irritable. When I called to complain about the wifi she just hung up on me becuase she was frustrated with the language barrier. I also recommend against the neighbourhood. It’s way too busy and loud.
