Fantastic Stay – True to Listing, Exceptional Service, and Outstanding Concierge Support
We had a wonderful stay at this property during our recent trip to Mexico City! Everything was exactly as described in the listing — the house was spacious, beautifully furnished, spotless, and very comfortable. Traveling with our adult children, we found the layout uniquely suited for a larger group, with each bedroom featuring its own private bathroom and air conditioning, which made a big difference for everyone's comfort.The location was excellent for walking to great restaurants and coffee shops, though retail shopping was a little farther away and required a short drive or walk. Still, the neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, making it a perfect base for our adventures.A special thank you to Jeronimo, the property manager, who was absolutely fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and ensured everything about our stay went smoothly.We opted for the concierge service offered through the owner's company, Two Travel, and it made the trip incredibly easy to manage. Giulia and Isaac arranged everything: restaurant reservations, museum visits, private tours, a private chef, and even stocked the house with food, beverages, and snacks before we arrived. One of our group has a severe nut allergy, and the concierge made sure every restaurant and private chef were fully aware and accommodated this safely. They were extremely flexible with last-minute changes, making everything seamless. The concierge was available from 8:00 a.m. to midnight. We would absolutely stay here again!
