Welcome to this inviting three-story home in the heart of Polanco, one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods. Designed with comfort and style in mind, this residence is perfect for family gatherings and group retreats, offering spacious interiors, thoughtful decor, and convenient amenities.

One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, a relaxing open-air space with a dining table and string lights that create a cozy ambiance at night. This area is perfect for sharing meals with your group, unwinding after a day of exploring, or enjoying views of the surrounding area.

The main living room is furnished for relaxation, with comfortable seating options and a TV for streaming or movie nights. Adjacent, the dining area features a large table with seating for 10, ideal for group meals. A beautiful stone accent wall and contemporary lighting add to the room’s charm.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The spacious kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker, blender, and ample cookware. Three bar stools provide a spot for casual dining or morning coffee, making it a great space for the group to gather.

Each bathroom includes fresh towels and essentials like soap, shampoo, and shower gel, though these are not replenished. Additional items like a crib/Pack ’n Play are available on request.

Essentials and Comfort
While the house does not have air conditioning, fans are provided to ensure comfort, especially during warm months. You’ll find essentials like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo upon arrival, and the hosts are quick to respond to any needs or questions that arise during your stay.

The property is located about 15 km from Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX). Safe, authorized taxis are available directly at the airport, while rideshare services like Uber and Didi also provide convenient transportation options. Public transit and walking are great options for exploring nearby areas.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

+ Loud music is prohibited at all times.
+ It is forbidden to remove makeup or any substance with the bath towels; if any towel is stained, the respective charge will be applied.
+ Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building.
+ When entering or leaving the property and the building, maintain silence to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
+ Please keep the entrance door closed at all times.
+ Check out time: before 11:00 am.
+ In case of any mishap, please contact your HOST first.

IDENTIFICATIONS, VISITS, AND EXTRA GUESTS:
+ The guest responsible for the reservation must send a photo of their ID at least TWO days before the arrival, as well as those of all the people who will be staying with. IDs for minors are not required.
+ VISITS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
+If you wish to add guests to your reservation (consider that the apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 guests), please send us a modification request to update the number of guests and remember to send us their IDs TWO days in advance.
