Here you'll be able to stretch out in a hammock in the quiet Zen courtyard of this industrial apartment and enjoy tranquility in a contemporary space outfitted with Mexican-designed furniture and decor, rustic finishes, and access to a rooftop with a beautiful green view. With the best location in one of the City's most beautiful and exclusive neighborhoods, La Condesa. We're a few steps away from Parque MĂ©xico.

This apartment was equipped with everything you need to have an unforgettable experience. It has high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, Harman Kardon wireless speaker, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a toaster, a blender, and black-outs.

The main bedroom has a Queen size bed.

The building has a beautiful Roof garden with a barbecue that you can use to enjoy the sunsets of Mexico City.

Also, there is a fully equipped laundry room inside the building.

Overall the property was spaceous and situated in a great area of Condesa/Hippodromo. It was well layed out and very comfortable for two people. Pros: -location, outdoor space, washer/dryer, full kitchen, decor Cons: -both mattress and couch were very hard/uncomfortable, 1st floor so noise as people came in and out of building

All was not well

Pros:- comfy bed- good closet space- nice layout and design - great location Cons-- apartment is dark even during brightest part of the day and there aren’t enough lights to make up for the dimness- the only couch is extremely uncomfortable-major wifi issues. Amazing flat but by noisy road

The apartment was lovely, stylish and clean. Very well situated in the trendy and safe feeling Condessa area. The bed was comfortable but the bed room was right by the main road meaning you can hear the cars all night and the occasional beeping or shouting. We had ear plugs which made it tolerable.

Lovely stay in CDMX

My husband and very much enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, well organized, and stocked with everything you’d expect for a few days away from home. We loved the floorplan with the with the living and bedroom on opposite ends of the flat (1 of us is an early riser). Also, the outdoor space was and artful design made the space feel much larger not to mention serene.

Great location with lots of potential

I’ll start with the positive: amazing location, right next to amsterdam and with a great coffee shop right next door. The apartment was super clean and they also provide free weekly cleanings. The apartment is overall very nice and exactly like in the pictures. However, it dos have some downsides but if they are improved, this can be a 5 start stay:- The internet is shared among the 5 apartments. I actually had to request a direct connection from the modem and they came in to set up a cable that csme from the roof. - The hot water barely lasts 2 minutes. So, taking a shower is not enjoyable. - The bathroom has some clogging problems. Water takes a ton of time to drain both in the shower and in the sink. - The bedroom is right next to the street, so it’s super noisy. It’s hard to get a full night’s sleep. Also, the pillows are super stiff. Better pillows would help. - The apartment is on the first floor, so you hear everytime someone slams the entrance door. Educating guests about gently closing the doorn would help. - Not much light since it’s a garden house style apartment. If the bathroom and internet situation are improved, things would be way better.

Great location, some pros and cons

The location of this place is awesome. Walkable, cute area, in one of the best CDMX neighborhoods. One block from Amsterdam which is great to walk along, and is also close to Parque Mexico. Super safe unit with multiple locked entries to get to the door. The unit itself is spacious and has a great outdoor area. The host was communicative and efficient, making sure we were prepared with all details before we arrived. Some cons: The bed is superrrr uncomfortable. To the point I considered staying elsewhere. Pillows are also equally bad. This may not be important to some, but especially if you’re staying for more than a night or two, I would consider purchasing a mattress topper for your stay. WiFi is inconsistent, making remote work a bit challenging. When it works, it’s great, but that’s a toss up. However, that’s an issue everywhere in Mexico City, not just this rental. Hot water only lasts for about a minute or two before turning lukewarm. Not sure if this is a Mexico issue or an issue particular to this unit/building. All in all, it’s a good unit and location but has a lot of room for improvement.
