La tarjeta de la habitación no servia ni para los elevadores, primero llegamos y la habitación estaba abierta, luego salimos a cenar y al regresar nos dijeron que ellos la iban a abrir y nos tuvieron 20 min esperandoa que subiera alguien, tuve que bajar 2 veces a recordarles que estabamos esperando

La ubicación es excelente pero el personal atiende horrible, en la cocina igual super despotas cuando las cosas se piden bien y con educación. Ademas de que no dan seguimiento a las facturas solocitadas. El baño estaba sucio de las paredes y mojado. Cuando pedi que subieran a secar super molesta me preguntaron que por que estaba mojado, cuando era obvio que no sabía si acababa de entrar. De mala cara fueron a secar y al final habia una fuga y asi se quedo toda la noche, mojado nuevamente

La limpieza en el cuarto y principalmente en la cama, debido a que encontramos un insecto y su picadura produjo una alergia a mi pareja. Pero el personal de limpieza actuó debidamente y nos ofreció otra recámara, trato y servicio excelente. Después de lo sucedido, el gerente no dio la cara a dicho problema.

Terrible es motel no hotel y vale la mitad ahi

Terrible por qué lo venden como hotel y es motel, además me enteré que ahí en el comercio la renta vale menos de la mitad, no me hicieron el aseo y me echaron bronca 😓 terrible!!!
