In the days leading up to our arrival, communication wasn't great. With less than 24 hours before check-in, we had not received any check-in instructions and made numerous attempts to reach the host through multiple platforms, including VRBO messaging, direct host messages, and WhatsApp. Upon arrival, the unit to be poorly stocked for an extended stay. For an eight-night booking, each bedroom was provided with only one face cloth and two towels, which was insufficient. Also, it was cold, we had the heaters going, but there was no extra blankets. Additionally, we experienced issues with breakers repeatedly blowing during our stay, which then took out the heaters.That said, once in the communication improved significantly and we were offered a courtesy clean. The host was responsive and resolved the issues quickly, which we appreciated.I wanted to share this feedback so it can be taken into consideration moving forward.
