Spotless clean room in a quiet area with many coffee shops around. Digital access and good internet speed. Some contradictions, though. The signs in the place say it is a place free of smoke (smoking prohibited). However, one of the staff members smokes at the place entrance a strong tobacco that permeates the lower floor. When requested for coffee pods, they said that it is complementary but not included in the room price. That was not clear to me. Despite that, a good place to stay.

Great location near shops and restaurants Very safe neighborhood Friendly and helpful staff Modern building with elevator Negatives include: Both bathroom sinks drain extremely slowly. No dresser for clothing. Huge closet with five coat hangers and no place for socks, underwear, T-shirts, etc. The walls are scuffed up and need to be painted. The walls are bear, so it feels a bit cold and uninviting. The property is OK for the price paid, but I will not recommend it to friends nor will I rent it again.

The stay was overall good. We were surprised by the small size of the apartment, from the pictures it appeared to be much bigger. Facilities need a little more attention to detail. There is a person at the front reception but they leave the front doors completely open all day, so anyone can enter the building which may not be as safe as expected.

The ULiV model is great, with nice modern suites at very reasonable prices in great neighborhoods. This one is located very near Parque Lincoln, and there are SO many food options it is amazing. The room was very well equipped and the staff friendly. Having a laundry room was also great. Nice terrace.

I usually stay here when I’m in Mexico City. This time around my room was not ready at 4pm I was giving a different room on the 5th floor but elevator was not working. Room was noisy, I couldn’t get any sleep as I could herar everything o the room next door and on the 6th floor.
