This is an exceptional Miami Beach Vacation Rental 2 bedrooms condo has over 950 square feet of living space 10 foot ceiling as you can see on the photos, professionally decorated interior the condo will sleep up to six people.
The beautiful living room has modern furnishings and a 50' plasma TV. Dining table for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay.

The master Bedroom has a Master-size bed, a dresser, and a 32' plasma TV. From this bedroom you can access the fully bathroom. Next to the bedroom you have the second bedroom with 2 queen size bed and also a Flat screen TV. Free WIFI Internet is included. The condo is fully equipped with towels, linens, Iron, Hair Dryer and Washer & Dryer inside the condo.

The Castle beach is located on 5445 Collins Avenue 15 min from everything that south beach has to offer: Best Restaurants in town, Boutiques, Bars, Shopping and of course the Beach. From your building you have direct access to the beach.

Nice place for family vacation

The condo is located very close to pretty much everything that Miami Beach has to offer. The beach near the hotel is clean and beautiful. The condo itself was a good place to stay. The only negative point is the garbage chute located right next to the master bedroom which is very noisy (some people seem to be aiming for guiness record of decibels
) The place could gain from more isolation

Presque parfait...Le seul reproche consiste à la qualité du ménage à notre arrivée notamment Salle de Bains mais surtout les draps n'étaient pas nickel nous avons du les mettre à la machine à la laver. Sans cela c'est du 5 étoiles et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Manque juste un jaccuzzi gratuit .

TrĂšs trĂšs bel appartement, conforme Ă  la description. Bien situĂ© sur Miami Beach et tout prĂšs de la mer, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et aprĂšs Ă©change avec le propriĂ©taire, nous avons mĂȘme eu un lit bb et une chaise haute, pas prĂ©vu (et le propriĂ©taire s'est assurĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e que tout convenait ! (trĂšs sĂ©rieux) Nous sommes ravis et retournerons au mĂȘme endroit si nous revenons Ă  Miami ! Une seule remarque toutefois sur l'appartement : situĂ© Ă  cotĂ© du dĂ©versoir de poubelles, donc rĂ©guliĂšrement un peu de bruit qd les rĂ©sidents dĂ©posent leurs sacs. En tout cas, thank you so much Olivier !

The overall stay was good for the price! We did encounter 2 roaches in the room but that's not uncommon for Florida. If you do decide to book a stay here I would recommend bringing an extra blanket and/pillows. Additionally, you have to call the front desk to request for toilet paper because it is not included with your stay. For the most part this condo matched the listing but the hotel itself is very outdated. I struggled to find pictures of the hotel itself and now I understand why. When booking our stay we noticed a lot of reviews regarding the noise of the trash shoot... DO NOT underestimate how loud it is! Also a lot of door handles were loose and kind of falling off. Since we did not rent a car we did not use valet, which I am very happy about because there were people constantly waiting for their cars. All in all it was fine for a spring break trip girls trip (if you're not overly picky). We had a lot of fun but were a little concerned when first arriving due to how outdated the lobby and hallways were. Also the elevators are crazy slow but the condo was on the second floor so we took the stairs most of the time.

The noise from the trash shoot was a lil loud but overall the stay was great. The host replied quickly to any questions we had. The apartment had great city views and the heated pool was amazing since our trip was planned over cooler days The valet service was always very backed up and took a long time waiting in line, usually over half an hour but they were very busy. Check in was a lil chaotic due to overwhelming amounts of people but as expected. Beach was easy to access and very clean. Pool side bar also very enjoyable

A few things did need attention in the apartment. In the bedroom with 2 beds the wood slats were bowed and unable to support an adults weight on the bed nearest the window (I did send owner a message and never got a response). The bedroom with a single bed the doorknob fell off while closing the door with absolutely no extra force used. Definitely could used a few extra blankets. Not sure anything could be done but being located next to the trash room is absolutely terrible!!! We were woke every morning between 6:30-7 with massive loud noises! Not exactly optimal on vacation!

Pretty dirty apartment. Like, actual dirt everywhere, including the bathroom. Found 2 roaches while i was there. No cleaning supplies to clean after killing them. Overall, the unit is a total dump. Bedrooms have a conjoined door and one room has no ceiling. Just weird things that i wish were disclosed. The staff was nice and the valet guys work their tails off. Location is solid, right on collins with parking included. The lack of cleanliness is disgusting.

Underwhelming

The listing is misleading compared to the photos. Many amenities are cheap or in poor condition—missing hair dryer, broken umbrella, small low-quality beach towels, and uncomfortable mattresses. The AC struggles to cool below 75F, and the shower water never gets warm. Noise is an issue due to an open ceiling between the living room and bedroom, plus constant sounds from the nearby trash chute at all hours. On top of that, the host was very poor at communicating, making it even harder to address issues during the stay. Overall, not as nice as pictured and not a comfortable experience.

Our reservation was for 4 night,but we were only able to stay there for one night ,and we left the room the next morning and moved to another place.my family and i arrived around 7 pm,and the check -in process didn't take long, but the hotel environment ,lobby ,and entrance were very old ,worn out and had musty smell, which was disappointing from the start.when we entered the room the small was a bit less noticeable,but the bathroom and the shower were extremely small and cramped,we could barely move inside.we managed to get through the night ,but there were loud and strange garbage chute noises that continued until morning ,the front door didn't lock properly either ,so none of us could sleep all night .since we had no way to contact the property owner to report these issues,we had no choice to leave the next morning and book another hotel.

Crazy place!! This room is directly next to the trash chute. So not far to go for your trash but you here the trash at all hours. The elevators are crazy. Ther is random carpet and random tile. The lobby looks way fancy. Free valet is awesome but slow. The pool is awesome and the beach is great!!

Came on Christmas Eve, check-in was 1/2 hour long waiting. Car has to be valet, on day after Christmas, tried to get car out for lunch, waited over 40 min. & still couldn't wait b/c everyone was checking-out during that time. Had to cancel it & ate in the condo instead. The condo is nice, however, we saw & had to kill a few cockroaches since it's infested. Saw them crawling a few days in a row. The pest inspector came during the day & did some fumigation, but still bad. Think it's b/c the condo is next to the trash chute. Should come her during holiday, 1 of my worst experience during vacation.

Review of Recent VRBO Stay

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this VRBO property. The experience was far from pleasant due to several issues. First, one of the bedrooms lacked pillows entirely, so I had to purchase some myself. Additionally, the condo is located right next to the building’s trash chute, resulting in constant noise throughout the day and night, which was extremely disruptive. There were also no washcloths provided, forcing me to buy those as well. To top it off, only three trash bags were supplied for an 8-day stay, which was insufficient. Overall, this property did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it to others.

I wish I had read the reviews. The condo was clean - that was a HUGE plus. But, the gym was closed for repair, the room is RIGHT NEXT TO THE TRASH ROOM, so anyone that drops their trash basically is exploding g your room with a horrible noise (at all hours). They really need some insulation around it or something. The ate maker was broken, although the thermostat and drapes worked well. The valet staff and security were all attentive and friendly.

The location was perfect. The place was great for a family of four. The views were amazing. Grocery/restaurants/amenities were all relatively close. There was even an umbrella rental reasonably priced in the building.

Troubles since the first night - sauna and noise in a Miami flat

We arrived on Tuesday night, and already in the first night the A/C stopped working. And we could not access the thermostat, which at first showed an error and then turned off. At the same time the blinds did not lower, leaving everything lit early. By morning we talked to the host, told us to buy battery for control of blinds (unbelievable) and directed us to the administration of the building about the A/C. That promised a solution, but we had to stay in the apartment waiting. Help only arrived 6 hours later, and we had to wait in the room, taking turns to buy food. At 9:00 AM started a deafening noise of Jack Hammer, which followed from 9 to 5 pm every day we stayed at the place. We could not work or stay in the apartment any day, hell! According to the administration the host knew of the works.... Finally after 6 hours, the technician came to see the air conditioning, and said that if it was working now he will not touch the equipment, so we leave as it was. The thermostat was still black- no control. We were freezing. We went out to eat something, when we came back in the early evening, already on the second night, the equipment started to made a very loud noise all night. In the morning we talk to the host again. The A/C problem persisted on and off with no temperature control and the Jack Hammer noise. Sunday we decided that had enough, and left the place - one day before the end of the contract. Dont know what will happen.
