This space is 10 minutes from one of the hottest areas in Miami! Brickell encompasses various gourmet restaurants, fantastic shopping in the all new Brickell City Centre, and great bars! The best roof-top bar in Miami, Sugar, is less than 10 minutes away. Mary Brickell village is great for a mid-day stroll and transforms into a lavish night scene for all ages. The Design District and Miami's fantastic art scene in Wynwood are both less than 20 minutes away. The Perez Art Museum is only 15 minutes away and is a must-see destination for families and art lovers! Iconic South Beach is less than 25 minutes away, proving this to be the perfect location for all your Miami vacation destinations!

Little Havana is the colorful center of Hispanic culture in Miami. The area’s riddled with Latin-inspired cafes, restaurants, venues and markets that give space and a voice to all the different backgrounds that have taken root in the neighborhood. Here you’ll find locals grabbing an afternoon cortado or a fresh fruit batido, talking politics over a game of dominoes, or eating solid authentic dishes from all over Latin America to a backdrop of ever-present Cuban beats.

On the last Friday of each month, Little Havana hosts Viernes Culturales, or Cultural Fridays, a monthly gallery night showcasing the cultural arts scene of the neighborhood. Little Havana offers a taste of multicultural Miami at its best.

The airport is 15 minutes away. My recommendation is rent a car or Uber/Lyft, free parking is included. There are also buses right in front of the house, some are free some are just 3 dollars the ride and they will take you around Miami. However the bus is not very fast so you are free to decide which one is your best transportation method.

Be respectful to neighbors, no loud music (particularly after 10 pm), any damage to the property must be reported immediately, no illicit activities, no smoking indoors. If any rules are broken the security deposit will not be returned.
