This oceanfront residence is located at the finest resort in Bal Harbour and features two bedrooms with two full baths. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Access to all the hotel amenities is also included. We welcome responsible guests seeking to enjoy the finest that Bal Harbour offers in a serene and upscale setting.

The resort was awarded the coveted Forbes five-star and AAA five-diamond awards for 2016. It is a peerless haven of oceanfront elegance, quiet unwavering taste, anticipatory service and seductive amenities.

The resort brings a new level of luxury to the resort experience, with unparalleled amenities to exceed your expectations. During your stay, you will have access to many exclusive services, from butler and 24-hour concierge, to world-class dining, the Spa, and spectacular outdoor experience within two tropical pools, private cabanas and white sand beach.

You will have access to the beach, pool, spa, restaurants and room service just the same as a guest at the hotel. Chairs and towels at the pool and beach are provided at no additional charge. Parking is an additional $45 per night and paid to the hotel directly.

Other things to note

Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $345 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

House Rules:

1. Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. We do not permit additional day time or night time visitors. If you plan on having visitors, they need to be included in the number of guests you indicate at the time you make your booking. For example, if you have 4 guest staying overnight, but will have 2 day visitors, you must book for 6 guests.

2. You will need you to sign our Property Use Agreement within the next 24 hours of booking or your booking is subject to cancellation. The docusign link will be sent to you through VRBO after you book.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot
We loved our stay! The space had two huge balconies that were perfect for sun bathing while our baby slept in the provided crib. Our four year old loved the room full of bunk beds. There's a grocery store three blocks away for stocking up and an amazing child's park too. The dual balconies were perfect for listening to the waves and relaxing. The check-in process was much easier than we thought it would be. We were able to use all of the hotel facilities seamlessly. Would stay again!

50th birthday girls weekend
This is our 2nd stay at this property but our first in this unit. You cannot beat the convenience of this location to shopping and dining! As 4 women traveling alone, we were a little uncomfortable with the checkin process. We were notified by email 24 hours prior to check in that we needed to go to a lockbox in a parking lot a couple of blocks away to retrieve the room key. Previously, we would just go to the residence desk to get the key upon check-in. We were hesitant. The unit is a little more dated than the pictures reflected online, and there was trash underneath the couch from previous renters.

Beautiful place in great location!
As other reviews have said, the property is amazing. The check in was a little odd, but went fine. The communication started slow, but once I connected with the management "team" (not through VRBO), was also fine. I was a little worried about being an "outsider" at the St. Regis, but the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I arrived very early on a red eye to Miami and was concerned about the strict check in time. I was able to check baggage with the bell hop, enjoyed a nice lunch at one of the restaurants, and spent the rest of the time at the pool and on the wonderful beach. We didn't rent a car but had plenty to do and had great dinners in the surrounding area. This place isn't cheap, expect $200+ lunches for a family of 5, but luxury isn't cheap. Saw more Rolls Royce's in 4 days than I've seen in a lifetime. Would love to visit again!

Yes. Beautiful. Great Location. Nasty manager. If you ask for anything you are YELLED at via text and told you should be grateful that you are able to get such a great place at a price less than staying at the hotel and insinuating that he's doing you a favor and that you are cheap or cannot afford to stay at the hotel. We were blown away at how we were treated and how disespectful and nasty he was. As for using the amenities, since you are not a registered guest you need to tip very nicely ( which I do anyway ) at the beach to get a chair because only registered guests are allowed to rent chairs. Since we are beach people we didn't try the pool but I would assume its the similar. The bedroom with the bunk beds is a joke and the photos do not accurately portray the room. It is crammed and cannot realistically sleep four. At least not 4 people above 5' tall. The views are incredible and the space is comfortable. With the cost ( even tho less than the hotel ) The kitchen is good enough and has all the basics but could be brought to an appropriate level easily without too much expense. The coffee maker is pathetic , the tea kettle the same issue. There could be more to write. But I am finished with this place and never want to be treated that way again when I rent a place on VRBO .

Excellent experience
The property was great starting from location to communication. It was little hard to find the keys but we communicated through and directions helped a lot. You wish the check out times were little later then 11 am since we had a later flight but the reception helped to hold the stuff and we were able to hang by the pool, go shopping before the departure. Thank you a lot!
