good location to metromover, beautiful view, pool and hot tub nice, but closed early at 8 pm. In unit kitchen and washer and dryer was key!

Great apartment

The apartment was great but there were a few small issues. The a/c didn’t work great, it never got below 77 degrees and I contacted the lady and she instructed me how to fix it but it didn’t work. But because of the balcony windows there was always a great breeze. The tv only worked about half the time, the cable wouldn’t work on and off so that was a little frustrating. The location was perfect though I will say. And the lady who helped me was available via text the whole trip and she helped me getting into the apartment late when my flight got delayed, so her service was wonderful. The parking was a bit confusing and I didn’t find out I had to park in a specific spot until I almost got towed.

The location was great. View great, room comfortable. Beds were not great, but ok. Getting in & out of the garage was a nightmare. The key flub to limit floors you could access was very unhandy with family members were on different floors and we could only access our floor. Condo was ok, but I'd look elsewhere for another stay

Excelente por su comodidad, limpieza y servicio.

Regina, quien gerencia los apartamentos es muy amable y servicial. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades, es limpio, amplio y todo esta muy bien organizado. La administración del edificio muy buena, excelente servicio del personal del lobby y valet parking. Las áreas de piscina, juegos y gimnasio están en óptimas condiciones. Es el mejor apartamento de los que he rentado en Brickell.
