This property previews false advertising. The pictures are nothing like the sites. The elevators were not working. The renovations keeps painting over years of build up old paint. Our toilet wasn’t flushing. It needs a new remodel top to bottom. Definitely not worth the price tag. Would not recommend staying

The room we stayed in was small, dingy and very outdated. The elevator was loud and scary. The staff were okay but the bartender didn't seem to like his job as he never smiled. It didn't have a balcony or a pool. Its in a great location. I probably wouldn't stay again.

I didn't like anything about this stay. The room had a smell. The sink fall from the wall and the ceiling had a major leak from the room above. Also got paint on my brand new Fendi sandals, bummer!

Lobby is less than inpressive, dirty carpet and a sticky stsircase. Could use some updates. Rooms are old, grout on shower floor is moldy. Ceiling fan almost fell out the ceiling when turned on. Beds were uncomfortable. Room not adequately stocked with enough towels. You get what you pay for. Would not stay again.

Malfunctioning toilet, sink and elevator. The room was very disappointing, it looks nothing like the pictures. The ocean view rooms does not have a balcony. We also had extra visitors (bugs) in our room. The staff was nice.

Disaster for my birthday

Hotel was booked 3 months out and was put in outside room near garbage can and hotel refused to reassign room.. Assigned to 3 rd floor and elevator was broke… floor cold no rugs, very uncomfortable.. brick walls irrie feeling.. left one day early due to uncomfortableness ask for refund for one day and hotel refused .. I will never recommend or stay again.. Ask for room changed to inside hotel where air was working but hotel states no available rooms Although I booked 3 Months ahead of time

Was a great location for going to the beach and all the restaurants on Ocean Drive. The elevator was broken which was inconvenient with heavy luggage but the staff did help considering we were on the third floor. Room was clean and beds comfy. The only real issue I had was the mold in the shower/tub combo, stains on tub, and wall tiles coming off on shower walls. Could fix the gaps around the door. The rest of the room was ok considering it is an old building.
