The staff was wonderful check-in went superbly, but the room left some questions. TV didn’t work light above. The sink in the bathroom didn’t work toilet was plugged up, but they fixed that it has its issues.

Expecting better

Room was not to clean. We also had an issue with one of the beds. We had no working elevator to the third floor and were given wrong directions to the top floor twice. I was told to speak with a manager on the way out but one was not available

The hotel is at a good location and staff is very friendly especially Inish, she was wonderful. However, hotel charges daily resort fee but doesn’t have right amount of facilities. The lift did not work the entire time we were there and had to take our luggage all the way up and down to 5th floor. It never got fixed.

The elevator was broken and we had to walk up to the fifth floor with five bags of luggage. No one was available to help. Front desk was rude and extremely unprofessional.

Only complaint I know I left a brand new pair of Levi’s tags on and a pair of green casual pants. Tried contacting and asking got the run around and no pants were found. Only reason I’m 100% sure is my bags never left my side and I went from home to hotel to home???
