Comfortable studio with 2 single beds (Twin size) & all amenities:

* Fridge (or beverage cooler)

All units have sealed windows, with AC and a fan for ventilation. There is no heating system, as it’s too rarely cold in Miami.

The unit is cleaned and disinfected per CDC guidelines by professionals, before and after each guest.

- The front desk will require a $100 security hold at check-in (cash only) and returned at checkout pending no damages.

- We do not accept 3rd party reservations, the booking guest must be the person checking in.
- Denied underaged and 3rd party guests will not be issued a refund.
- All units have sealed windows, with AC and a fan for ventilation. There is no heating system, as it’s too rarely cold in Miami.
- Housekeeping offers optional extra cleanings for $69.
- Each guest is issued one set of towels, but they also offer extra towel service for fee. Please inquire directly with the front desk. Beware that missing or stained linen could be charged to your card for replacement value.
- Smoking, vaping, incense or candles are strictly forbidden.
- Units have a microwave but no stove top.
- Breakfast or extra coffee is not included.
- Beware that South Beach is generally noisy. If you have an unfortunate case of a noisy neighbor, please reach out to us or the front desk.
- Make sure not to park your car in a residential zone, the city quickly tows away unpermitted cars.
- A local manager is on call 24/7 for emergencies.

Booked here for a last minute cruise. All the area hotel prices were extremely expensive. Didn’t realize the National College Football Championship was the next day. Our host Joe was more than accommodating and the area is perfect and near tons of great restaurants and bars. This will be a first choice when visiting the area again.

Great little stay

Front staff is so nice! The entrance is at the back of the building, and the room was great! If you’re staying around spring break/ the weekends are popping off, I highly suggest ear plugs! You can hear a lot, but did NOT ruin our time at all! We actually laughed a lot about it all weekend! Super convenient and short walking distance to the beach

Perfect location for a visit to Miami

The apartment has a super good location. Close to the action and yet quiet. The hosts Joe and Debora are incredibly nice, helpful and easy to reach. The check-in was flawless and I would book the apartment again and again. The facilities are adequate.

Perfect location, cozy stay!

This place was perfect for my friend and I, LITERALLY a 5 min walk from the beach, but still tucked away from the craziness of Ocean Dr. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. Blackout curtains for those days you might need to sleep in after partying on the beach. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Would def recommend!

This was the perfect accommodation and location for a girls weekend. Joe and Debora were amazing hosts! The photos and description are accurate. While it is mentioned a number of times about the noise, we didn't find that to be the case. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Would book again!

Hi We really liked the location but they make you sign a document where they prohibit you from having parties and on the 02nd there was a party that we didn't know where but there was a lot of noise until 4 am, you can't sleep and we didn't like that detail, just please to consider that point.

I was expecting a little more but pictures were accurate. A basic room that is not a hotel. More amenities would cost more. There was a small problem with the AC that was fixed the next day. Not perfect but I would do again if I need a cost effective place to stay.
