Master bedroom has a queen bed, and guest bedroom is equipped with 2 full trundle style beds. Lastly, the couch convert into a small twin sleeper that sleeps 1 guests.







COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES

1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.

2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.

3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.

4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.

5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

This clean and comfortable home is in the heart of Biscayne Park. This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom beautiful duplex is equipped with a pool. It comes with parking as well. It has loving upgraded interiors with marble floors, granite kitchen counters & new bathrooms. We have central AC, cable and wifi. You can catch a 5 minute Uber to Shops, Restaurants, Clubs & Parks. You are in the center of it all when you stay in our home. This is a duplex so interaction with other guests may be possible.

You have access to your unit and the parking space in front the home. There is a washer/dryer in the home as well as a nice backyard with a couple chairs and a BBQ.
