Casita Loft/Hot Tub by Calle Ocho

Welcome to our charming guest house nestle near the vibrant street of Calle Ocho in Miami! With its cozy loft, inviting hot tub, and accommodation for up to 6 guests, your stay promises to be an unforgettable blend of comfort and excitement” Enjoy the convenience of being just steps away from trendy cafes, boutique, shops and exciting nightlife. A few minutes drive to Brickell, Downtown, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne and Miami Beaches. Parking is on the street in front of the house.

Any part of the house without lock. If it has a lock please don’t open
-Please keep noise to a minimum as we have neighbors close by

- For security purposes our property has cameras located at the front and back door. It is there to keep our guest and property SAFE. ( we do not have any located inside the property).

-Check-in is at 4 pm. A key code will be sent to you within 24 hours prior to check-in.

- Check out is at 11 A.M ( late check out only if there is availability and must be requested 24 hours in advance)


-No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed on the back patio, and an ashtray is provided for butts. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.

-No parties (NO PARTIES, GET TOGETHERS OR ANY KIND OF EVENTS ARE ALLOWED!!!)


-Please leave used towels in the bathroom. Remove the trash bag and recycling bin and bring them outside.

-Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.



-Please turn off all lights and all electronics while not in use.

-Please maintain front and back doors CLOSE AT ALL TIMES.

-Please do not move the BBQ grill from its place

- We provide the following essentials 1 per 3days (each bathroom) , 1 trash bag per 3 days and cleaning supplies are located in the bottom of the sink.


-Please throw trash away before checking out. If you choose to leave your garbage at the property, THERE WILL BE A $20 FEE per bag service charge.
Bins are located in front of the house at the right hand side looking from street. Blue for recycling and green for trash.


-Wash all dishes and check drawers for personal items (we are not responsible for any left items).

-DO NOT LEAVE KIDS WITHOUT SUPERVISION.

-Please DO NOT TAMPER with our front door camera

-Please disclose of any additional guest as there is a charge of $50 per night for extra guest whom have not been registered at time of booking. WE DO NOT ALLOWED MORE THAN 6 GUEST IN THE PROPERTY. There is a charge of $25 per guest per night after the 4th guest when you do the reservation.
