The room was clean, staff was friendly all but the shuttle driver, he begged for a tip even after receiving a $50 tip he felt like as a large group we should have tipped more so then on the second trip where he was to pick up the rest of our group he did not. He was rude to other guest and an uber driver in the parking lot and made a big scene. The receptionist says he gets complaints all the time. Was driving a van with the hotel name on it.

Shuttle is a joke, Train horn

Shuttle service was a joke. To flag the shuttle down at the airport you have to go into the street and stop him. When you tell him this detail the driver he proceeds to argue with you. Any of the rooms that are East facing are sunjected to train noice all night - see other reviews.

Found a nice little gem

First and foremost, this was a GREAT LITTLE SURPRISE. My stay was only for one overnight since was driving across the state for a flight leaving from miami and I had already booked my long term parking at the same location. Inside the hotel ot looks like its own little world. The king suite I stayed in was more than comfortable, the bed and sheets were also very comfy. The hotel also offered made to order breakfast , which enjanced the experience of the stay. The shuttle service was seemingless and the drive from hotel to airport was about 5 min.
