This is by far worst hotel I have seen, terrible terrible cleanliness, spit stains on rails/door/wall, mold everywhere, not even a single utensils in kitchen. It looks like pretty outdated doomed property/ damaged floors and walkways, trash cigar butts everywhere. We don't feel safe there the moment we see that property and room, we end up booking another hotel despite we checked in pretty late, I can't believe how it had pretty good reviews l, not sure if I can trust these good reviews anymore.

I had a terrible experience. Before my check in I called them to notify that I was going to be late around 12am. They said it was fine, that someone would be there at that time. Once I get there, the lobby was closed. People were trying to check in and nobody was there to received us. 30 minutes happened and a lady opened the door and asked me if I needed help. She proceeded to do the check in with a list full of names. I found myself in it and gave her my ID. She gave me the keys and didn’t charge me for the room. I told her that I only did the reservation and I needed to pay at property and she didn’t even know if I paid or not. Then she wanted to take a COPY of my credit card because her computer wasn’t working. I refused to that and we agreed to do the payment in the morning. After that I asked her how to get to my room and her response was “It’s over there”. I was soooo annoyed and tired that I just left and spent at least 10 min to find my room. The Hotel is supposed to be a non-smoking place and the first smell I received when I opened the door was cigarette. The floor had a nasty thing scattered near the bed, the chairs were all damaged and dirty… I won’t book with them never again.

Pleasant lodging close to airport. Nicely designed exterior and interior. Room was large, clean and quiet. There was a kitchen but no furnishings at all - not even one cup or glass. The thermostat for the AC unit did not work. Breakfast was very minimal - coffee and sugary muffins.

The room is fair, however it needs an uplift/upgrade on the outside. Corridors and door mats were dirty. I am quite sure an external paint job and possibly tiling the corridors would enhance the place.
