It was an average property. I wasn’t aware of the daily resort fee prior to booking, so that was a shock. The room was nice, but a little dated. A place on the wall had some water damage and the toilets didn’t flush well. The shower in the master was a little suspect with the tile and nowhere to put anything other than a soap dish. I did appreciate the beach chairs. I bought a beach umbrella and left it for future travelers. It wasn’t really walkable to anything but we had no issues getting an uber to everywhere we wanted to go. The beach was nice and 2 chairs and umbrella were provided. This was nice but they weren’t right outside the resort so you have to walk a bit, then they were all clumped together. So we utilized the room chairs and the umbrella I bought. The room was spacious and the right amount of space we needed. WiFi was not good but we managed.

Company without responsibility to the customer

Worst experience ever!! They made my vacation HELL and when I asked for help from “support”, they just messed me around. The greatest possible humiliation at the accommodation location, and when I went to ask for support from the company I hired for the rental, they completely turned their backs saying that they have no responsibility for the building's employees. Any advice? Run away from this company!!!
