Large groups will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the 4 spacious bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All four bedrooms are equipped with luxurious bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible.

Bedroom 1 features a comfy king-sized bed, Smart/Tv and closet. This room also has a private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 is the largest room in the home and features two queen-sized beds. The washing machine and dryer are located inside the closet.

Bedrooms 3 is furnished with a queen-sized bed, Smart-TV.

Bedrooms 4 is furnished with a queen-sized bed,Smart-TV.

If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group.

No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious property has 3 full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Bathroom 1 is located in the master bedroom off the first bedroom and features a vanities and decent size walk-in shower.

Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area. This bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo and a long vanity and mirror.

Bathroom 3 is located near the living area and feature a modern walk-in shower.

The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This spacious area features new appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking basics you’ll need to make delicious meals and tasty cocktails. You can enjoy your grub at the large dining table (seating for eight), or head to the outdoor dining area to soak up the sun and the breathtaking views as you eat.

The large living room area is decked out with a huge sofa, a 65” Smart TV and a real arcade game and a second living area to relax and enjoy. Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property for their entire stay, including the breathtaking outdoor areas.

Free parking is available on the property for two vehicles. Let us know in advance if you have more than two vehicles.

This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

We provide free propane for the grill. We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.

The property is located in a residential gated area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.
