The Space:
Sunny Isles offers the ultimate coastal escape, just a 6 minute walk from the beach. Take in panoramic ocean views from the rooftop pool deck or unwind in the comfort of your own space, perfectly situated to explore everything Sunny Isles and South Florida have to offer. Designed with both relaxation and convenience in mind, each unit features contemporary finishes, a fully stocked kitchen, and open living spaces ideal for families or groups.

Two unassigned parking spaces are available free of charge in the gated garage, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Guest Limitations: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction.

Overall fine but could be better with minor improvement

Stayed here for an event at the Hard Rock stadium. Location of this property is a great safe area and coffee shops and restaurants are walkable. Our unit had a very musty smell that was hard to get used to. The unit was clean but dated. A fresh coat of paint in the unit and the interior hallways would go a long way . The guest bathroom flapper and handle was broken so the toilet ran all night and the master bath toilet needs to be secured to the ground as it’s not level and only partially bolted down. These are all minor maintenance repairs that are easy fixes and if they would do a coat of paint and get the smell taken care of I would stay again.

The unit has windows that are hard to see through, either dirty or the seals are bad. The kitchen was missing pans and many cabinet doors are either knocking against other doors or off center. There was laundry left from a previous guest (we think). Several areas through the unit need paint, areas in the kitchen where wall repairs were made have not been painted. The couch creeks like it is broken. We loved the area and dealt with the poor condition, the building location and amenities (pool) are very nice. The unit needs upkeep and maintenace.

Great location, loved the short walk to the beach, in a really nice area, rooms were comfy and balcony was awesome. Had trouble with 1 of the showers heating up and that same bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Just tiny things, but overall great stay.
