Please note that parking is not available in front of the house. Guests may park in the nearby overflow lot on resort grounds. Please note during the summer season, golf cart rentals are not permitted at this home.

This cute, cozy studio is perfect for 2! Great location. Does require steps and a walk from the parking lot. So close to beach and many amenities. Pool, lake, bball courts, it was a great getaway!

Could be excellent with a few tweaks.

This place had pros and cons. It’s a new remodel and decorated very well. I think the property showed a little wear being that we stayed at the end of the summer season. For example, the towel bar in the bathroom was missing, half the outlets had no power, the interior of the fridge was dripping water etc. The property was not cleaned adequately prior to our stay. There was food on the comforter, dead bugs on the bathroom window sill, pillowcase was stained, and trash can cover was not cleaned, used dirty kitchen sponge etc. I was fine with it because it is a beach rental and I know that they rent based on location alone. My wife on the other hand was not pleased. She wiped down everything. The placed could have been better appointed. There was no syran wrap or aluminum foil, there was no surface cleaning spray, no beach towels (thankfully, we knew this in advance from calling prior to arrival), no blanket for the futon. We bought the additional stuff we needed. However, we did have to call the property manager about the lack of blanket and someone delivered a blanket for us the first night. Location is awesome. Right across from the beach. With a little better cleaning by the property management company and a few better appointed extras to make it more complete, this would be excellent. It was still very good and we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our time here and it was as advertised. I will just say this rental does not have its own parking spot and you have to park in an overflow parking lot. Depending on which lot has open spaces it could be a minute walk or a 15 minute walk 😃

Very nice, comfortable, studio extremely close to Lake Michigan. Had a great time just relaxing and visiting family! Would definitely like to come back next year!
