Situated on one of South Australia's finest Coastlines sits this brand new property at 82 Surfers Parade, Middleton. This property has been designed for holiday rental, offering large open plan areas, big bedrooms, plenty of parking and best of all absolutely sensational views and the beach all within 50 metres of the front door.

Large open plan living, Dining and kitchen area.

Kitchen features island bench and complete with Dishwasher, oven, microwave, Delonghi Coffee Machine (takes Nespresso Pods), fridge.

Dining for the full 14 is amazing with large timber table and excellent views whilst enjoying a meal.

Large L shape lounge rounds off this fantastic area with LCD hung TV and also DVD player.

Access to the front balcony with views from Encounter Bay to Goolwa even taking in the mighty Coorong on a clear day

There is also a full undercover rear balcony at the rear of the home with outdoor table and bbq.

The master suite is next on the list again with magnificent views and access to the balcony, the master suite also includes an ensuite bathroom.

A second bedroom has a queen bed.

A second guest bathroom completes the upstairs floor plan

The home offers double garage and off street parking for 4 cars.

Was a really great time to relax with the family and take in the beach views. Although the windows were quite dirty to see out, it didnt spoil the lovely time we had.
