Comfy Newport

The house was immaculately clean. It was in outstanding condition and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet. After battling for parking near the popular places to be in Newport it was nice to know we would just pull in to our off street parking at the end of the day. Lorraine communicated well and often to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We recommend this property with enthusiasm.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I stayed for July 4th weekend and the rental had a good amount of space that everyone was comfortable during our stay. We were a group of 8 adults so each couple was able to have their own rooms with either a king or queen size bed. The pictures listed were accurate and the location was great! Just a short 10min walk to restaurants down the street and 15min walk to Easton Beach. 10min ride to anywhere in Newport. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Lorraine was so kind and hospitable when we met her, and she wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very easy to communicate and get in touch with. We would definitely return again!

Friends Trip

This property is great!!! Lorraine is a fantastic host and even helped us with letting us borrow her crock pot for a planned in house dinner! The property was clean and very well appointed. Would highly recommend and if our needs require a stay in the area again this property will be a first choice!

Great stay in Middletown!

We had a wonderful stay in Middletown. Lorraine was easily to communicate with and very accommodating! The house was great- very spacious bedrooms, great outdoor space and deck. We also loved the area, which was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, brewery, the beach and cliff walk! Would definitely stay again!

Wedding weekend

We stayed for 4 nights for my sons wedding, the house was perfect! The location was so close to the wedding venue, the beach and a very short drive into downtown Newport! My son and his groomsmen got ready for the wedding at the house and there was plenty of room. The photographer loved the decks! Lorraine was amazing answering questions quickly and giving great suggestions! We will definitely come back and rent here again if we return to Newport!!

Best Weekend Ever!

The property was clean and comfortable for our group! Lorraine the host was amazing and was very flexible and communicative. She gave us some great recommendations in the area and we had a lovely time. Lots of space and comfy beds! Lorraine was super helpful during check in and check out and was prompt with her responses. The house is a very short walk from first beach and super close to a lot of wineries and restaurants! I would 100% stay here again and would recommend anyone stay here! Lorraine and David‘s place was wonderful and perfect for our weekend celebrating our friend, the bride-to-be! Lorraine met us at the house for check-in and gave us a quick rundown of everything we needed to know which was super helpful – she also was very accessible throughout the whole weekend. The house was nicely decorated, clean, close to the beaches and downtown Newport, and just absolutely perfect for what we needed. We especially loved the outdoor decks where we spent most of our time. I definitely recommend Lorraine and David’s place to anyone looking for a spot to stay in Newport!

Renfrew Retreat

This Home was rented for the purpose of bringing multiple families together for the celebration of my son’s graduation from the Naval Academy. It was the perfect size and layout for this type of gathering
 We had lovely dining space, as well as outdoor living space. It overlooked the bridge beside the Academy, and was conveniently located to Wonderful Shops beaches and restaurants. Our hosts Lorraine and David were pleasant, attentive and accommodating. I loved this locAtion And look forward to the opportunity to return to it

This property far exceeded all expectations! We hosted a girls weekend (7 women) and it was absolutely perfect. To start, Lorraine and Dave are extremely kind and accommodating. They offered us an early check-in and late check-out which was so helpful. Lorraine also checked in with us via text during our stay to make sure we had what we needed. Both Lorraine and Dave had helpful recommendations for Middletown and Newport. The home is beautifully decorated and extremely clean! I have never stayed in a cleaner rental. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed and has plenty of parking. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels and linens. Lorraine left us coffee and ice in the freezer which was such a plus. I cannot thank them enough! Book this VRBO for your next trip and you will not be disappointed!!!

Amazing location!

This was a great place to stay for my friends bachelorette party. There were 8 of us and it was the perfect size for us! The back deck was the highlight of the property! Beautiful deck with ample seating areas! Any time we were at the house we were sitting out there! The location of this house is walking distance to Easton Beach, super convenient! And only about a 10min Uber ride to downtown Newport! It was a fantastic weekend!

Girls weekend in Newport

We had a great long weekend at this house in the Newport area. Its proximity to First Beach was ideal - less than a 10 minute walk! It was easy to find Ubers to drive us to and from downtown Newport for meals in town. The host and owner were extremely helpful, they were able to help us with an early check-in and were in touch throughout the weekend in case we needed anything. Top notch service! The deck was also a beautiful spot to watch the sunset from :)

Wonderful getaway!

We rented this for our extended family and older parents for a family wedding in newport- it fit our needs so perfectly! Enough space for all! It is an absolute perfect location- quick walk to 2 beaches & cliff walk & a short uber into downtown! Lorraine the property manager was exceptional!!! We are already talking about coming back!!!

David and Lorraine were wonderful hosts! David was very thorough when walking us through the home and Lorraine was so quick to answer our questions and very friendly. Great Newport Getaway

Girls Weekend in Newport

We had a great experience staying in this beautiful property in Middletown. Check in was easy, the place was spotless, plenty of room and the communication with the owner was great. If we needed anything we were able to get in touch via txt or phone. This house is in a fantastic neighborhood, close to everything, but gives some space from the traffic in Newport. The deck is fabulous to have breakfast or sit out to watch a sunset. We would definitely stay again. Thanks so much for a great place and all your help!

Great home

Shared this property with parents and grandparents while we were in town for a wedding, the space was perfect for us! Plenty of room so we weren’t on top of each other and a perfect open space to spent time together
