The apartment is located directly on a beautiful sandy beach. The area is well developed â there are many shops, atmospheric cafes, and excellent restaurants nearby. Guests also have access to a public, free gym.
It is also worth remembering that the location of the apartment â although extremely attractive â is in the bustling center of Mielno. The proximity of the promenade and the seasonal amusement park means that during the summer season the area can be quite noisy, and the sounds of attractions (such as slot machines, music, and foot traffic) may also be heard later in the evening. This is an ideal place for those who want to be close to all the holiday events, but guests looking for peace and quiet are advised to consider this specific location when planning their stay.

Eine mega Aussicht hat uns begrĂŒĂt, eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit einer sehr Stilvollen schönen Einrichtung. Es war alles sehr sauber. Des Team von Renters ist sehr nett und ist sofort zur Stelle wenn man ein Anliegen hat oder auch wenn man noch was benötigt.
Was uns ein wenig gestört hat das der Rummel nicht erwĂ€hnt wurde und das die Ferienwohnung direkt an einer Partymeile liegt. Fenster aufmachen war da nicht möglich abends. Zum GlĂŒck gibt es ja die Klimaanlage.
Essensmöglichkeiten gibt er mehr als genug.
Das nĂ€chste Mal wĂŒnsche ich mir das erwĂ€hnt wird das man fĂŒr eine Ăberweisung nach Polen fast 300⏠zusĂ€tzlich bezahlen muss.
First time for our family in Poland - where my mother finally returned to her birthplace in Koszalin, and wanted to have a "Baltic adventure".
The apartment is in a fantastically nice location, and we spent many hours admiring the wonderful sunsets out on the sea-side facing balcony, while various Jazz and Rock singers serenated us (and the rest of Mielno's walkers on the promenade).
Communication of all vital details with the property's management were flawless and enjoyable -- they addressed everything in a very timely manner.
The rooms are very spacious, and nicely tastefully decorated. The shower / bathroom is very inviting, and impeccably clean. Being able to park our car in the building's basement is a great asset.
The surrounding area offers everything for a family - the beach, Mielno itself, but within short WALKING distance also great hiking paths (and an excellent high ropes course), ample opportunities to dine out, and grocery stores again in walking distance.
We will definitely come again, and can highly recommend this place !
Meerblick von der Terrasse und aus zwei der drei Zimmer. Zwei groĂe Terrassenbalkone, so dass wir den gesamten Tag ĂŒber die Sonne genieĂen konnten.
ZweckmĂ€Ăige Einrichtung mit sehr guten Betten. Gute KĂŒche, die leider nicht ĂŒber einen Backofen verfĂŒgt.
Zugangssystem zum Haus und zur Tiefgarage sehr gut.
Leider gibt es nur einen WohnungsschlĂŒssel pro Wohnung. Das ist zuwenig. Die Wohnung ngseingangstĂŒren verfĂŒgen auch auĂen ĂŒber Klinken. Das entspricht nicht dem Sichheitsstandard.
Im Umfeld ist alles fuĂlĂ€ufig erreichbar - GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants.

Das ist phantastisch!
Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und komfortabel. Super toller blick direkt aufs Meer vom WindgeschĂŒtzen Balkon. Gute Restaurants in Lauf nĂ€he. Sehr sehr gerne wieder.
Eine traumhafte Ferienwohnung in bester Lage, mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig und bestens ausgestattet. Lediglich eine Steh- oder Leselampe fehlte uns im Wohnzimmer. Ein Backofen und eine Waschmaschine wĂŒrden die Wohnung fĂŒr uns perfekt machen.
Der Empfang von deutschen Fernsehprogrammen war nicht möglich, fĂŒr uns aber kein Problem. Das W-lan funktionierte tadellos.
Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr gerĂ€umig. Das Bad hat eine begehbare, groĂe Dusche.
Das Parken in der Tiefgarage war perfekt.
Die Nutzung der schönen Sauna ebenfalls.
Das Self - Checkin funktionierte ohne Probleme.
Es wĂ€re super gewesen, wenn die zusĂ€tzlichen Kosten von ca. 10 Prozent im Vorfeld transparent angegeben worden wĂ€ren. So hat der Aufschlag, fĂŒr was auch immer, einen leichten bitteren Beigeschmack!
Was uns aber nicht davon abhalten wird, diese Wohnung noch einmal zu mieten âïž
