Superb 2 bed holiday apartment located in the charming village of La Cala de Mijas on the Costa del Sol, Malaga Spain. Located on the 2nd floor with fantastic sea views and only a few minutes walk to the beach and town centre. The property provides accommodation for 4 or 5 people and is positioned in an unique, natural setting, enjoying an exceptional climate for all year round vacations. The apartment is located within a secure community and our guests benefit from a local Manager who is there to meet, greet and look after you during your holiday. We provide every possible comfort for your stay which includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, UK/European TV and air conditioning. The complex of only 12 Apartments has a lovely swimming pool, garden area and parking. Please also be aware that the accommodation may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues.

Very pleasant and spacious apartment. 10 mins walk to supermarket and town restaurants.Great view out over the town and to the sea.Issues with the Aircon when we arrived but these were resolved.Highly recommended.

Stayed for one week as a family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was lovley and clean and just enough space for a family of four. The property is perfectly located from the lovley town of La cala Mijas. Check in was easy amd owners where very quick to respond. Will be back at sometime in the near future.

Great communication from Claire and Eddie. We had a great stay, although the weather wasn't very helpful. The facility was well equipped and the location was excellent. Just down the road from the facility, within walking distance, were many restaurants and two markets.

We had another wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable holiday, and the grounds and pool area are very pretty and relaxing. The location is great with bars and restaurants within walking distance. We are looking forward to staying again!

Nice place in a perfect location with a lovely vue. Nice swimming pool. Well kept area. Great communication with both the owner and estate management agent, super friendly. Also, great little town. Only down side is that the public services work overnight and they empty bins between 00.15 and 2.50am. You can imagine the noise when they empty recycling glass bin.

Fantastic apartment. Is equipped with everything you need, including wifi. Walking distance to shops, bars, beach and restaurants. Is situated at the top of a fairly steep hill, but we just went to the shop first thing in the morning, when it was cooler and took our time walking back up. Correspondence with owner was brilliant. Pool and sunbeds were a definite added bonus for the kids. Has both shallow and deep end. Lovely view of the sea from the balcony, to enjoy your morning coffee and pre-dinner beers with! Situated in a nice quiet area. Was just perfect for us and we would 100% book again.

Never again!

Niemals wieder eine Privatwohnung! Alles verschmutzt und zwar „alter“ Dreck in den SchrĂ€nken, GlĂ€ser blind, Pfannen uralt und verkratzt! Drei KĂŒchenschrĂ€nke mit angebrochenen Lebensmitteln von frĂŒheren GĂ€sten. Staubige Lampen und Utensilien; ebenso Gardinenstangen etc etc!!Fenster und Balkon mit Möbeln total verdreckt! Auf unsere Beschwerde kamen wenigstens die Fensterputzer! Zwei Haarföne vorhanden, aber nur 2-3 min mit Schmorgeruch, dann aus!! Ebenso Staubsauger mit Schmorgeruch! Kein Trockner vorhanden! Wasserkocher verkalkt und Toaster dreckig! HandtĂŒcher grau und alt! Echt eklig! Wir haben erstmal 1/2 Tag die Sachen gereinigt, die wir nutzten!

Short golfing break for 60 somethings

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a quiet. area. Based at the top of a fairly steep hill the apartment may not suit those with mobility issues. There is a handy supermarket at the bottom of the said hill open Mon-Sat. The only real negative is that the towels are very thin and need replacing. Overall we had an excellent weeks stay.

Nice apartment in good location

Had a nice stay in the apartment. It was well equipped but as mentioned by a previous reviewer, the towels were old and in very poor condition which was disappointing - everything else in the apartment was fine and we feel if the the towels had been in better condition we would have been much happier with our stay.

La Cala trip

Property and surroundings great and very well equipped. Lovely pool on the complex and on the adjoining Urbanisation. Bit of a walk to the town, but several good bars and restaurants on your doorstep and plenty of local taxis. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days there and were sorry to leave. The hosts were also very pleasant and helpful.
