The owner of this property was extremely helpful . He even checked everything was ok after we had arrived, a nice touch . The apartment had everything you would need with incredibly comfortable beds . The property is located in a quiet area of the resort which we liked , but it didnt take long to get to the main shopping area , perhaps a 10 minute stroll . Its a 5 minute walk to the amazing beach . There is a little bar immediately opposite with the friendliest owner who served us free paella .

Calla Mijas and Mijas Pueblo, plus Calahonda

Calla Mijas was all that we were seeking and hoped for - we walked there from Calahonda last year and decided to look for an apartment in Mijas this year. The location was excellent with good eating, shops (including a big Lidl) close by, and several good coffee bars. Public transport to Marbella, Fuengirola and Mijas Pueblo was great and very cheap - and well used! The apartment is modern, spacious and well equipped for both comfort and beach-day equipment. Although we didn't meet Eduardo, he was easily accessible via internet and Maria, who lives in the apartment below. He always responded quickly and sensibly. Overall we were very happy with our stay, the town, and our choice of apartment.

Eduardo was an excellent host He communicated before and during our visit promptly and with accurate information and advice. He met us at his lovely apartment to show us around and hand over the keys The apartment is as described with everything you would need for your stay. It is kept clean with both shower and beach towels. The location is close to the beach and town with Lidle across the main road and a smaller shop bakery/cafe and local friendly Spanish bar on the doorstop Everyone we met was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed Eduardo came to us on our last day to take back the keys and wish us well for our journey home We look forward to visiting La Cala and using this accommodation again. Excellent property

Eduardo was delightful and extremely helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Was great to sit out on the little balcony. The aircon is only in the lounge which was very welcome after being out in the sun and watching the TV which Eduardo had set on English before we arrived. The pool was excellent too. I would definitely stay here again next time we visit la cala.

A lovely, clean apartment close to lots of bars and restaurants, with the beach and fantastic children’s park a short walk away too. The main part of La Cala is a 10 min stroll, also nearby is Lidl and a delicious bakery. It’s Perfect for couples or families looking for a relaxing holiday. Pool area and communal area of apartment block are clean and well maintained. Eduardo, our host answered all questions quick prior to arrival and was there as arranged on the day.
