The apartment has a full bathroom, American kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, as well as complete utensils and kitchenware so you feel at home 🏡🍳.



The living-dining room opens onto a porch and a spectacular 60 m2 terrace with front views of the sea, where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the waves 🌅. The complex where the apartment is located has a communal swimming pool and a beautiful garden meticulously maintained, with direct access to the beach, providing you with comfort and nature at your fingertips. Additionally, you can take advantage of the tennis and paddle courts to stay active during your stay 🎾🏓.



Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates, and schedules established by the owners' community, which may vary according to season or internal decisions.

Fantastic location

This is our third visit to the apartment, it is definitely the location and view from the balcony that keeps us coming back. We had a two hour delay with our flight but Pepi was at the entrance waiting for us she also allowed us a late checkout. The apartment is of a good standard ideal for a couple that likes a peaceful holiday with great walks. There are three sun loungers but two are in need of replacement and the towels although clean have seen better days

Clean and tidy flat right next to the beach

Clean and tidy flat right next to the beach. Amazing view and huge terrace. Nice garden area with pool, tennis&padel courts. Straight from the garden gate to Senda Litoral boardwalk. We faced some language challenges as we do not speak Spanish and the hostess did not speak English. All in all a great flat with an amazing balcony and fantastic view.

Second time we have stayed in the apartment we love it so much we have already booked for next year as we would find it hard to beat such a perfect location. Dealing with Cubos from booking to being greeted at the apartment was perfect. The apartment is spotless the outside space and views are just stunning. Clean renovated apartment

The apartment was clean and renovated. The kitchen was very well equipped. Excellent sea view. The flat could be 100-120 m2 with a terrace but the inside was only 50m2. The terrace was huge and partly glazed. We liked especially the glazed terrace and the tennis court, which belonged to the bock of flats.

The accommodation was perfect

The accommodation was perfect. Mainly 2 spacious terraces with sea view.Everything was as in the photos, equipped kitchen, only the smaller room is not for a longer stay. But there were two of us, so it wasn't needed :)The chedk in and check outthe apartment took place in perfect order. Parking is in the building, we always found a place during our stay. We went to play golf on the nearby coursewalked along the Senda litoral trail 7km along the sea. We also used the tennis and padel court in the accommodation. We liked it so much that we would like to come back next year!

We made our reservation with the old photos of the apartment by Ruraliday. To our great surprise we saw a completely renewed apartment with a covered veranda, a good bed and renewed shower and kitchen and a second bedroom! The terrace is 15 meters from the sea! You don't hear the highway! In case of rain and a storm wind of more than 5 beaufort, the plastic roof of the veranda makes a lot of noise.

Lovely apartment

Outside space if fabulous and great for families. The facilities inside have everything you need and the walk in shower is a bonus. Communication is terrible between customers, cubos and the owner! When we arrived we were told to call a number but the person didn't speak English so we were stuck. Locals helped us. The hob was cracked, the air conditioning didn't work and the gate key failed so we were locked in the car park. Again tried to call but no one understood. Emailed and was told someone would sort it but no one did. Again locals helped us. Once we left, we were blamed for the hob and refused our deposit. Terrible customer service which really let's them down!

Excellent stay but renovation works around annoying

The handling by Cubo's as well as the accommodation were perfect. We had everything we needed, and the location so close to the sea, was fantastic. Closeness to the expressway linking Lubina with other Costa del Sol cities, as well as availability of supermarkets and restaurants nearby were other key advantages. Pepi, the host, was very nice and helpful - she quickly replaced the electric kettle when it stopped working. Otherwise, we didn't need to bother her too much. There also were no problems with the parking, though in summer it may be much worse. Our only remark regarding the apartment itself is about the worn-out sofa in the living room which seems in need of replacement. But our main complaint has nothing to do with the accommodation or location - it is about the noise from renovation works going on in several neighbouring apartments. After all, listening to the noise of drills and hammers instead of the sound of the sea for as long as six out of the eight weeks we stayed there was not very pleasant. Maybe it is common in Spain for owners to do such works in winter? Or maybe we were just unfortunate?

Incroyable

Appartement incroyable, dans une résidence magnifique sur la plage. Une terrasse époustouflante. Vue sur la mer 24h/24 avec la lune qui éclaire la mer. Un bonheur de s'endormir et de se réveiller avec le bruit des vagues. Sentiment d'être privilégiés tellement l'emplacement de cet appartement est exceptionnel. Appartement très propre, très bien équipé. Rien ne manque. Il y a même 2 grandes serviettes de plage et un parasol. Nous étions deux mais la 2ème chambre a servi à ranger nos affaires. Très pratique. Très bonne literie avec des oreillers à mémoire de forme très confortables. Télévision grand écran. Possibilité de se connecter à son compte Netflix (pour les ptites soirées télé). Mais les soirées sur la terrasse ou la véranda quand il fait un peu frais sont très agréables. Sinon, tout est à 5 minutes à pieds : supermarchés, pharmacie, distributeur de billets, restaurants, bars, salle de sport, station de taxis,.... Les jardins de la résidence sont super bien entretenus, la piscine est très agréable, en bord de mer. Je craignais le bruit de l'autoroute A7 qui longe la résidence mais on ne l'entend pas du tout. Ce sont les vagues que l'on entend ! La promenade en teck est très agréable. La personne qui nous a accueillis est adorable mais ne parle qu'espagnol. Tout notre entourage rêvait d'être à notre place en voyant les vidéos que nous leur avons envoyées. Vraiment, cet appartement est EXCEPTIONNEL Je le recommande et j'espère pouvoir y revenir. Tout est parfait.

Parfait

Nous sommes partis en famille avec nos 2 petits de 3 et 1 ans. Nous avons passé un très super séjour. Appartement pas immense mais parfaitement conçu avec une immense terrasse bien exposée. Plage et piscine à coté. Chiringuitos pas loin pour prendre à emporter. Parc et commerce à 4 min à pied. On est très satisfait de cette location!

Another perfect holiday

It is very nice that the owner keeps improving/updating the apartment. Everything works well and over the last years we have enjoyed new outdoor furniture and 3 additional ventilators indoors. We just love staying here during our holidays.
