El Capricho - Is a delightful home, tastefully furnished to a high standard. The accommodation comprises of a spacious octagonal master bedroom with views of the Mediterranean, this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Down a flight of stairs to 2 x twin bedded rooms that share a bathroom (bath with overhead shower) and the second double bedroom that also has an en-suite bathroom (bath + a walk-in shower). These 3 bedrooms have direct access to the pool area.
There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, induction top, microwave, two fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc and a washing machine and iron/ board in a separate laundry room. It also has a flatscreen Television with a lot of international channels. Fiber network with wifi.

La villa est trÚs bien située. Bien équipée pour une famille de 5 adultes et 3 enfants. Nous avons apprécié la piscine. Il ne manquait de rien.

Maison El Faro

Nous avons sĂ©journer Ă  2 familles. Grande maison spacieuse Ă  400m de la plage avec 3 salles de bains et 4 toilettes qui sont un plus quand on est nombreux. Terrasse avec vue sur mer trĂšs apprĂ©ciable ainsi que la piscine qui est assez grande pour 8 personnes. Nous avons eu un trĂšs bon Ă©change avec Raymond. La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e entre MĂĄlaga et Marbella et non loin de trĂšs belles attractions tel que El Caminito Del Rey, Mijas, Ronda, mĂȘme Granada qui n'est qu'Ă  1h45. Le seul point nĂ©gatif est que les extĂ©rieurs et mobiliers exterieurs semblaient ne pas ĂȘtre trĂšs entretenus.

PremiÚre location par le site Abritel. Nous étions 8 adultes et nous avons passé 6 merveilleuses journées , piscine super. Maison bien placée. Je recommande vivement !!!!

Excellent 4-week holiday in this beautiful villa August ‘25. Ample room for 8 in 3 generations aged 17-77. Space and facilities for everybody. Excellent pool, good sea view and set in a lovely area, walking distance to great local restaurants – e.g. El Patio del Faro and Colinas del Faro as well as an Italian, Chinese and Indian sampled. Villa has private parking - big plus there. Five minutes walk from a supermarket and 3 more minutes from a small cove beach with a nice bar/ sheltered tables. Sunbeds and paddle boards for rent. HUGE supermarket/ mall 7 minutes drive, Fuengirola 8-10 mins drive or taxi 10. Raymond responded quickly to queries and sorted out minor issues next day. Couldn't ask for more. He could update instructions (e.g. for new hob). TV is small but has a range of channels, Apple TV etc. Other resorts nearby, waterpark in Torremolios and Gibraltar an easy drive to meet the monkeys, etc. Book cable car in advance or take the taxi trip (1/2 price after 7pm), Visit Mijas in the mountains (easy drive) for a really excellent day out, recommend TukTuk experience. Airport 30 mins drive. We found the villa very comfortable with some things modern, some out-dated. Great barbecue. We enjoyed dining on the balcony with lovely sea-view. It was great fun watching the wild pigs go down the road each evening – they are protected. Five stars for enjoyability and value experience in this great villa. Many thanks, Raymond, hope to come again.

Lovely stay at Raymond's villa as a family of 8. The property is situated in a quiet residential area and the views out to the med from the pool and terraces are fantastic. A couple of local bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by and taxis and buses to get around where aplenty. Our only minor gripe was the pool could have done with some cleaning from the middle of our stay as it stained some swimwear green. We were expecting the caretaker to come to tend to this but this never happened.BBQ area was fantastic and there was so much space for everyone to relax and enjoy.Overall, a fantastic property and would highly recommend for families.

This property could be fabulous as it’s a great size but it falls short in many areas. Pool area great but needs a good clean under shaded area. The rest of the outside areas and some indoor areas would also benefit greatly from a deep clean. Bedding and towels poor quality and curtains light and flimsy in lower bedrooms. One of the bedrooms aircon not working and took over 4 days to sort so couple in that room really struggled. Terrace area on top floor great for us all to gather and enjoy food and drinks but again not as clean as it could be. Location was great with lots of eating places close by and very handy for taxis and local bus service. Wouldn’t take much to bring this villa up to an acceptable standard and for the cost of renting for a week this hopefully will happen.

En rigtig god efterÄrsferie i et rigtig fint hus.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold i huset, hvor alt fungerede efter forventningerne. RengĂžringen var i orden da vi ankom. VĂŠrten reagerede hurtig ved henvendelse. Det var dog lidt langt til strand og by. El Faro stranden var ikke god.

Brilliant Holiday.

The villa is excellent in all ways. Clean, tidy with everything required for a self catering holiday, although there are so many good local restaurants that we did spoil ourselves with several nights out. Villa owner easy to contact and quick to reply. No problems here. Fully recommended.

Superb location for a spacious villa. It was well equipped and fully functional. There must have been a problem with the cleaning company because it was deficiant in the bottom part of the property.

Fantastic Villa

We stayed at the Villa for 10 days and had a wonderful time. There were 6 of us with ages ranging from 6 years to 81 years old, it was spacious, comfortable & was ideal for all. The villa was very clean and well equipped. We all particularly loved the pool, the view from the villa and the 5min walk to the local beach. There was also plenty of local bars, cafes and shops to keep us stocked up. Whilst there a few of the family used the handy bus to Fuengirola market and we also visited the water park & hired a pedallo at the beach. The owner Raymond was a very helpful & friendly regarding the booking. We would highly recommend this villa.

Autentisk spansk villa med skĂžn pool

Vi havde 14 fantastiske dage med familien i dette hus! Terrasserne blev brugt flittigt og der er en dejlig udsigt til havet fra den Þverste terrasse ud for stue/kÞkkenet. Stort kÞkken og fint der er 2 kÞleskabe. Poolen er dejlig stor og det er fedt der er dybt i den ene ende af poolen. Rart der var egen parkeringsplads. OmrÄdet er pÊnt og ligger centralt til flere strande, til Malaga, til indkÞb og Þvrige attraktioner. Vi var glade for, at vi havde lejet en bil til brug til nÊvnte steder.

Fint hus med noen fÄ utfordringer

Vi hadde et fint opphold i denne boligen. Beliggenheten var kjempefin, med bÄde turomrÄder og strand i gangavstand fra huset. Klart vann, hyggelige ansatte, solsenger til en fornuftig pris og en god strandrestaurant, gjorde at nabolagsstranda ble en klar favoritt. Huset var romslig og hadde god plass til 7 voksne. KjÞkkenet hadde alt vi trengte av utstyr, til og med noe sÄ sjeldent som en god kokkekniv. UteomrÄder pÄ flere steder gjorde at det alltid var mulig Ä finne en god plass Ä vÊre ute. Vi skulle gjerne hatt en utedusj og en mulighet til Ä spyle omrÄdet rundt bassenget for Ä holde det rent, men det er jo et eldre hus. Vi mÄ dessverre trekke litt for noen ting. Huset var ikke helt rent da vi kom og vi ble utsatt for innbrudd to ganger mens vi var tilstede i huset. Noen dÞrer var innbruddskadet da vi kom og kunne ikke lÄses ordentlig. Folk bÄde ute og inne pÄ naborommet, var ingen hindring for tyvene og det trengs bare en skrutrekker og litt makt for Ä Äpne dÞrene mot terrassene. Vi er noen euro og en klokke fattigere, men ingen ble skadet. Huseier har fÄtt beskjed og nÄr dÞrene blir reparert/skiftet vil det sikkert ikke vÊre et problem lenger. Kommunikasjonen med eier har vÊrt fin og f.eks ble en defekt airconditioner fikset to dager etter at vi meldte fra. Alt i alt har vi hatt et kjempefint opphold.

We had a great stay.

We had a nice stay, location is very good and quiet even though it is has close neighbours. The freeway, beach, couple of restaurants are close. A good supermarket is driving distance. The house it self is great aswell and when we did had issues the owner will act up on it directly. We had just two things. - When we got there the floors where not cleaned (outside and inside) and the kitchen cleaning could have been better, but the rest was great. - if you have a young child, you cannot leave the child alone on the main terrace, because the gaps of the “rails/fence” are to big.
