It is approached through an impressive arched estate electric entrance from where you are immediately presented with the most spectacular coastal views. The spacious property is designed for larger parties who enjoy the Mediterranean social and entertaining lifestyle - even close enough for an evening taxi ride to savour the delights of Marbella and Puerto Banus. It is also cosy for a smaller group 2 - 4 guests. 6 Minutes drive to Mijas Pueblo, 15 minutes drive to Fuengirola and 25 minutes drive to Marbella and Malaga Airport.
The villa has many spacious entertaining, lounging, sunbathing and chilling areas, both inside and outside. The large pool is situated to maximise the panoramic coastal and mountain vistas. A feature of the stunning pool area is the outdoor kitchen, BBQ area and Spanish bar. The well equipped main Kitchen leads on to the open plan dining area where a statement dining table for 8 is positioned in a semi- circular viewing area, in addition just off the open plan kitchen there is a large external ‘feature’ dining balcony, enjoying what must be the best al-fresco dining position on the ‘Costa Del Sol’. On the lower floor there is a spacious comfortable lounge with extensive seating ideal for quiet relaxation or family film cinema nights on the 60” Ultra HD LED Smart Television. All bedrooms have private en-suites and most bedrooms have their own individual balconies, which are perfect for ‘chill out time.’ The spacious master bedroom was designed above all to be luxurious and demonstratively the best in the villa. The master en-suite has both shower and bathing areas, with the bathing area having a feature over-sized bath. There is a seperate dressing area in the Master's own corridor. For privacy in mind, one bedroom suite has its own private external entrance, ideal for couples who enjoy their own space. The extensive grounds include a magical tree shaded expanse with several nooks and crannies and out of the way shaded chill areas for rest and relaxation away from the main party. There is also an extendable canopy for extra shade in those warm summer days. The Villa has a log burning fire - ideal for those chillier out of season nights. The property is approached via its own private electric gates onto a long drive to a large porch and the front door. You enter into the extensive kitchen, dining area with a huge balcony off with table and chairs to accommodate 8. The kitchen has a large American Fridge Freezer - an island with casual seating and overlooking those fantastic views indoor seating for 8 guests. On this floor is a snug with a quiet area and a guest toilet and cloakroom. Downstairs takes you to the other 2 double bedrooms each with their own dressing area and private shower room. One bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the pool and those outstanding views. From the utility room you can go outside to access the fourth private extra large twin beds. On this floor is also the magnificent lounge with Smart TV - English channels via Sky TV and a wonderful curved sofa to relax on. There are window seats looking out over the view. A door from the lounge takes you outside to the extensive pool area. There are 8 sunbeds, table and chairs to seat 8 guests to dine al-fresco and the luxury of an outdoor kitchen with gas burner, fridge freezer, sink, bbq and your very own outdoor bar which also has it's own sink. There are various toys/inflatables to be used in the pool next to the fridge:freezer. The pool - for a small fee outside of peak summer can be heated on request
In the property there are Bluetooth speakers on both floors to enjoy your own music plus a small portable speaker for outdoor use plus another speaker in the outdoor kitchen area making 4 speakers in total.

This Villa will suit the discerning client who wants peace, relaxation and luxury with fabulous views. A car is recommended with travel to the wonderful Mijas Pueblo only six minutes away - there are many bars and restaurants in the Pueblo and the multi story car park costs just 1 euro for 9 hours stay. Fuengirola is the nearest beach area but there are many beaches along the coast - 15 minutes in the car. Marbella is 25 minutes drive away.

Please note Bedroom 4 is part of the Villa but is accessed through a separate entrance which may not suit young children.
