Located in the countryside north of Mijas, this holiday home provides the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. In addition to a quiet area, the house is conveniently located only 9 km from the beaches of La Cala de Mijas, in an authentic environment featuring mountain views and hectares of cultivated fields all around the house.

The two-storey holiday home is tastefully decorated, with wooden-beam ceilings terracotta floors, fully equipped bedrooms and an overall cosy atmosphere. The ground floor welcomes a double-height, timbered-ceiling lounge room, equipped with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa, a 50" flat-screen TV and an 8-place dining table. The independent kitchen is fully furnished, with modern appliances and rustic-style kitchenware. The ground floor also features two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Upstairs, two more bedrooms welcome up to four people in the twin beds provided. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The four bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con.

The kitchen opens onto a lovely shaded terrace, with an area for dining "al fresco" and a built-in BBQ. The outdoor area also features a fabulous private pool, poolside sun loungers and parasols, a shaded chill-out sofa, and a perfectly-maintained garden. The cherry on top is the basket and volleyball court, where both children and grown-ups can enjoy their holidays at best.

The access to the house is fully paved.
