Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, take the shuttle bus to Milan Central Station and get off at the Milano - Viale Renato Serra stop. Walk to the Via Plana Viale Monte Ceneri stop (a 7-minute walk) and take bus No. 57 to the Via Varesina Via Dal Re stop, 2 minutes on foot from the property;



- From Milan Central Station, take the M2 Green subway to the Lanza stop, then take bus No. 57 to the Via Varesina Via Dal Re stop, 2 minutes on foot from the property;



- By car, free street parking is available near the property (NOT guaranteed).
