The breakfast was really nice. The staff were very attentive right when we walked in. The rooms are pretty spacious, but the showers are very very small. The walls are also very thin. You can hear the other guests at all times. Thankfully, they do have an elevator, but you can only fit two people in at a time. It is a little different in comparison to the types of elevators people are normally used to. Overall, it is in a great location, very central to the train station, which can get you anywhere. Not bad, but a little pricey, for what it is.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The single rooms were well equipped and clean. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, however if you are a large person the shower cubicle would be a little on the small side! The continental breakfast had many choices, including a delicious berried cheesecake. My only criticism would be that there was not any milk left out to put on cereals. The location is excellent if you are arriving in Milan by train as it is only a short walk from Milano Centrale and the Metro.

It was a nice stay: Rooms are small but clean, air conditioning worked perfectly and the best part of stay was breakfast. Svetlana always made us feel so welcomed with smile and very good coffee. Staff in the hotel was very professional and friendly: receptionists, housekeeping and administrator Igor. Location is good if you want to take a bus from and to airport.

Lack of basic amenities

This property had good reviews and I went with that. But the room had no towels and I had to ask for them, the floor is dusty and there are no blankets so I can’t sleep properly with the ac on. I’m up at 3 am writing this review. This is more a hostel than a hotel so please rate it clearly - it’s not cheap as well by worldwide standards

Milan city break

This was a good hotel located near the central station and both Metro and Tram stops so getting around the city was easy. There are plenty of food options close by and we would recommend the Central Market next to the station.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Milan Central train station so it's a perfect location for travellers. The hotel is modern, clean and our room is made up each day. It's a 30 minute walk to the Duomo but the metro is easy and simple to use. We've just had a full day at Lake Como and it was so easy. Great hotel.
