Great location. Old fashioned.

This hotel was ideal situated just minutes from the very centre of the city. Literally 5 mins walk from the Duomo. The service was good the breakfast was good. My only comment is the rooms are really old fashioned. Every thing worked and was clean but so so old fashioned.

Classy hotel near the historical area

The checkin was quick. The room was quite high-tech, and the signs were hard to intérprete, but Roberto of the front desk came to the room and patiently showed me how to manage the safe, switches, etc. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, but the room was too small, and tables were too close to one another. Servers were attentive, but sometimes too attentive, and unfinished dishes were almost taken away. We had to check out a day earlier than booked, and there was no problem paying for one night less. We appreciated that.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 days via Expedia and the hotel charged an additional $200. They said the rooms were booked for only one person and or wives were not included. This was mostly for breakfast which we didn’t use or need as we left at 5 am before the restaurant even opened. Having known about the extra cost, we would have booked another hotel in Milan. Make sure you check your cost in Milan. We were in Italy 3 weeks and it didn’t happen anywhere else. I would not recommend this hotel based on the extra fees they charge.

My flight from USA was cancelled and the hotel didn't refund me or even respond to my message. I would have stayed here when I finally arrived, but I didn't out of spite. It wasn't my fault my flight was cancelled, yet they didn't even acknowledge my messages.

Nice hotel. My room quite small with single bed that was not too comfortable. WiFi worked well. Not enough plugs. Staff generally friendly though check in staff a little cold.
