Budget Milan at 4 star prices

Not the most up to date hotel. Very basic. Rooms reasonably big but no fridge and no tea/coffee making facilities. Phone didn’t work for the whole stay. Breakfast was ok, it was enough to get your day started. On the brighter side staff were helpful to a degree but very friendly all the same. Definitely not the 4 star this is advertised as, at the very most a 2 star but still at 4 star price. It was close to the metro which made access to the city and to Monza for the F1 and all other local transport routes easy.

Very old and dirty room, bed was not comfortable. The window in the bathroom was broken and didn’t close. The shower water was cold for 2 days. Breakfast was very poor I don’t understand how this hotel can be rated 4 stars Not recommended at all

Dirty, Broken Facilities, and Unreliable Service

This hotel is listed as a 4-star, but it definitely doesn’t deserve that rating. There was dust everywhere, the shower had no door, and the showerhead was broken. Towels were not replaced daily even though I stayed for five nights. I reported all these issues to the reception, but the staff member in charge lied to me. Moreover, the photos on the website are outdated. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. There is no drinking water or even a glass in the room. If you put their breakfast in front of a cow, it won't eat it. I didn't like it at all. Even 3-star hotels in Turkey are more comfortable.

Evitate come la peste, stavo per chiamare i carabinieri. Mi presento h 23 in questo 4 stelle (comprate non so dove) e già la rampa di accesso al parcheggio ha una pendenza del 45%, fortunatamente ero con un suv altrimenti si rimaneva in strada. Nella hall una puzza di ristorante cinese anni 80. Si presenta un signore mediorientale, ci consegna la camera all ultimo piano, ascensore anni 60 per fare 6 piani 5 minuti. Entriamo in camera, sporcizia ovunque, arredi devastati. Muri peggio. In camera 18 gradi, accendo climatizzatore sembrava un uragano, il letto fatto solo con delle lenzuola, apro l armadio prendo l unica coperta disponibile, era x un letto singolo, tutta sporca ed ingiallita. Telefono x chiamare reception non funziona, scendo dal tipo chiedo una coperta e dopo 20 minuti si presenta con 2 paia di lenzuola dicendo che non aveva coperte, gli ho detto che non potevo dormire al freddo e di cercarne una, dopo altro 20 minuti si presenta con un piumone sporco probabilmente preso dalla sua auto, gli tiro 4 madonne e dico che chiamo i carabinieri , dopo altri 15 minuti arriva con una coperta stile militare dentro 2 lenzuola , almeno sembrava pulita. Tutta notte l ascensore ha fatto un rumore ed una vibrazione pazzesca, il climatizzatore peggio..impossibile dormire. L indomani mattina la colazione è stato il proseguo della nottata, imbarazzante. Una sola parola, evitate.

Las fotos no se corresponden con lo publicado las sábanas estaban sucias la ducha y el grifo del lavamanos llenos de cal como si no los limpiaran nunca y el desayuno pésimo había solo 3 clases de croasanes café y huevo cocido nada que ver con lo que sale en las fotos en vez de un hotel de 4 estrellas es un albergue de 1 estrella
