The room was clean but small, only had a twin bed. Room had a great view of city. My flight landed earlier in the morning but they allowed me to check into a room at noon, so that was appreciated. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Overall an OK hotel. Some things feel cheap such as the shower base which was loose, the feel of the furniture and no tea/coffee making facilities. The area nearby was noisy and we could hear traffic in the morning and noises at night which was disturbing. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours. Was near an underground stop which was convenient and served the purpose for our stay.

Overall we were very happy with our stay in the hotel, it was clean and easy to find off the metro. Staff were always polite in the corridors and in reception. There is a few supermarkets within walking distance if you needed to pick up anything. Breakfast was well stocked with a wide range of pastries, fruit, cereals, teas and coffees. The main thing we missed in the room was a kettle so we could make a cup of tea later at night but not something we would let affect our stay - the bar was nice and chilled for a nightcap or two!! We had to ask for some extra pillows as they only provided one each in the room… they were a little flat but that’s just preference. Would stay again if we were returning to Milan!

Had a small fire in the back of property, staff were unhelpful and didn’t offer any kind of compensation despite us waiting hours late into the night for the rooms to be cleared of smoke. A free drink at the bar etc would’ve gone a long way

We loved the property it was perfect for a few nights city break . 2mins walk to the metro where can acess central and duomo so quickly . Room was clean and modern and a great size . Reception staff were polite and friendly . Would recommended for anyone visiting milan

Lovely hotel

Very clean and tidy hotel. Pity the bar shut promptly at midnight! Very expensive transfer rates to the airport, we secured ours online for a fraction of the price. Would stay there again though as very decent.

The room was not clean. There were stains on the bed, smelled of pet urine. Shower did not drain out and leftover hair in the sink. They did nothing to accommodate. This forced us to check-out. Do not recommend staying here!

This is the perfect hotel for the money. The rooms are large, beds are comfy, staff is really helpful. The area around the hotel is not great, but only 20 euro Uber and you’re in the middle of Milan.
