Altido Big Wooden Disappointment

The apartment is definitely not as advertised. (1) The unit is not in 3rd floor it is 4th (2) The lift is not working. . I have an 85-year old mother who barely could climb the stairs. (3) Power outage right after checking in (4) No hot water. . only after calling Altido support and get instructions did we get hot water (5) Altido customer service support provides very vague instructions especially when restoring the power. They tell you they will call back but never happens. (6) Kitchen equipment and utensils are very old and very limited. (7) Tap water dirty To Hotels.com, kindly ensure that your hosts are credible. It is their responsibility to inform the guest if there is something wrong and deviations from their descriptions onsite.

Céntrico y remodelado

El departamento en el ático está muy bien ubicado y tiene muy buena iluminación. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente para la temporada de verano. El baño está remodelado y es amplio, allí se ubica la lavadora para la cual debes llevar tus propios insumos. La sala de estar es muy cómoda. La cocina es suficiente y tiene un mínimo de jabón para trastes, aunque el lavavajillas no estaba funcionando. Tiene algunos elementos peligrosos como las vigas de madera bajas en la cocina, recámaras y baño porque puedes golpearte la cabeza seriamente. La comunicación para el acceso ha sido oportuna y funcional. La propiedad donde se encuentra el departamento tiene una conserje exclusivamente en horario matutino que habla solo italiano.
