Although small rooms, it was comfortable and homey. Silvia was especially helpful in recommending great dining experiences. The hotel was in a quiet area and super convenient for walking around. The Duomo was 12 minutes and the farthest we walked was 25 minutes. Everyone was incredibly friendly!

Fantastic Front Desk Staff uniformly. But I would knock down its rating for this: The management refused to turn on the air conditioner because it was not yet summer in Milano. However it was 80 degrees F and without the air conditioner turned on the fan did not circulate the air in the rooms so the room were stifling without the window opened. That lack of flexibility is a critical flaw to an otherwise wonderful place.

This hotel is amazing. I have never been treated so good by hotel staff in my life. Angela was exceptional, after the first day she do exactly what we wanted when we walked in after a long day of touring and she was amazing ❤️ The hotel location is great! it's a 5-minute walk to the Metro it's less than 10 minute walk to restaurants. The decor is super fun and classy. the room was big housekeeping does a fabulous job, we were just so impressed by this hotel. I love that there is a 24-hour a day real person at the front desk. We get up early we get back late and it's just nice to have somebody there not only to greet you but handle your wake-up call or get you some ice or whatever you need. We changed hotels the day before we left on our trip and I'm so glad we did because this was a wonderful experience and made the whole trip that much better

The hotel itself was stellar with the presentation. The morning breakfast I had on my last full day was absolutely excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and wonderful to talk to. I only hope they like the little drawing I left them as a thank you gift. Would definitely stay again
