Upon arrival, there is no parking. One must hurry to get checked in while other is in car in middle of street. But they did have a driver to take our car to parking lot. Small elevators. Friendly staff though.

Super clean, good safety, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, centrally located. You can walk to the Colosseum and other major sites, or to the central train station, and there's a metro stop just around the corner. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area.

Everything was fine, it’s a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast and the bar are great. If you plan to go there by car you don’t have to worry about the ZTL (just be careful with your navigation system) because they are outside of it. The parking system also works perfectly. They parked it after the check-in and brought it back at the check-out. We would definitely come back!

The hotel is in a good location for the metro, but the hotel itself was disappointing. The air con in our room didn't work, the amenities weren't replenished daily and the room itself wasn't very clean. There were ants in the room and both my husband and I were bitten by bugs each night.

Friendly hotel in a great location

Friendly staff allowed us to check in early after an overnight flight and also offered us late check out. Location was excellent. Room was basic but comfortable.

We LOVED this hotel. A bit far from city center but walkable and tram accessible. Best breakfast on our whole trip. Will definitely go back to Milan AND stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly even with broken English. You pay for parking when u checkin, dont go looking for parking .

We only stayed here for a couple nights, but we loved it! It’s outside of the chaotic hustle and bustle of downtown but with plenty of walkable amenities and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Definitely would recommend staying here if you’re in Milan!

We left our bags with Mercure upon check out (including a backpack with a drink bottle, headphones, kindle and other electronics). We went out for breakfast and came back about 2 hours later. The backpack was socking wet as the bottle had been smashed and all our electronics drenched in water. We showed the reception staff to ask what happened who SHRUGGED and walked away. We stood in front of reception trying to salvage what we could out of our electronics. In the meantime, the 3 reception staff didn’t say a word to us, or offer us any sort of help.

Do not go there

Th worst!! I've stayed 3 times here on this trip, each time worse than the before. The air conditioning does not work properly, you can barely feel it. The sink splashes everywhere and the sink drainage does not work properly. The shower head is disgusting! And the safe broke down with no repairment for 2 nights. The wifi is soo slow And they watered-down our body soap so i had to step out of the shower for the hand soap and use it while freezing cold since u cant get the soaps out the wall

The air conditioner did not work The wifi did not work The sink did not work properly and splashed everywhere every time The shower head was dirty and ripped The safe was broken for 2 out of the 3 nights The hairdryer did not work And there was barely any light, the room and the bathroom were really dark, would not recommend!!

Happy with the stay

Great stay. The staff was very friendly. The check in and check out was very smooth. I was nervous about the valet parking after reading some of the reviews however there was no problem at all. The room was nice and clean, it had a hair dryer, fridge with free bottles of water.

Grubby room, needs overhaul

Not a good hotel! Staff were very unfriendly and rude for the most part (except the very nice guy at check-in). When I arrived, I checked in and found that my room had not been cleaned after the previous occupant. Eventually, I was given another room for the night but was told I would have to check-out by 10am to be moved to the correct room - unfortunately, at 10am this room was still not ready. I only had to wait 10 minutes for it to be cleaned but this is also a bit concerning aa it should take more than 10 minutes to properly clean a room. The room itself is fine but the air con did not work very well, there were ants on the floor and it clearly needs a good deep clean and refresh. Check-out was fine but I later realised I had left my (very expensive) engagement ring in the room - I returned to the hotel to collect it, initially I was not allowed back into the room to check for it even though I was told it had not been cleaned. I was only allowed to look in the room once the maid service had arrived - it was not there but once I was in the room, the bed had been stripped and the water bottle replaced - clearly someone had been in the room. My ring was nowhere to be found. I now have to make a police report. Overall, not a pleasant stay at all - would steer clear of this one.
